Tavaris is the man!!!! He made getting my car such an easy process. Answered all my questions and concerns. Left out of drivetime feeling happy and accomplished. When you stop by DriveTime definitely see Tavaris!

Super good service

I had a good experience with DriveTime Car Sales. The staff was friendly and took time to explain everything clearly. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. The car options were decent, and the process was smoother than I expected. There were a few small delays, but overall it was handled well. If you’re looking for a place that treats you with respect and keeps things simple, this is a good option.

In review of the transaction and comments and commitments made. The only positive part of the transaction was the vehicle quality.

The sales people create lies and pressure you into signing up for additional warranties under the terms of you can cancel within 30 days, and it’ll go away. They only do this for their commission and quotas. It does not affect the down payment as they mention.
They gave me one good set of keys and another that doesn’t work at all. Then don’t respond to emails requesting it be resolved. They’re so cheap and focus on pinching a penny they couldn’t even put car mats in the vehicle.
Sneaky, manipulative used car sales people - as expected.
But again, the vehicle is what I wanted and I’m happy with that quality.

Just following up with a six month check in. Not a single effort from the dealership to fix or address any concerns even after emails still. Regardless of this post, they are salesmen with predatory practices and lack of customer care. Still using same practice on more recent “inquiries”.

I had a fantastic experience at the dealership thanks to Kevin, who was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me with expert advice and genuine care. Kevin made the experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. The atmosphere of the store brought positive vibes unlike the typical experience you would prepare yourself for upon visiting a car dealership.

so many issues with my car within a year of purchase and within warranty everytime I call there's nothing they can do. they sold me a truck with two different tire sizes and it had rust that was painted over. I brought up both issues within weeks of purchase and they told me oh well you drove the truck home. they say ill send your issue to corporate and then some loser says there's nothing I can do.

I drove 3 hours to the Woodbridge, VA location this past Friday and was assisted by Jamie and Travaras. I was greated with a smile by Travaras and he even recognized me by my license information I sent earlier for verification. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to leave with the exact car I wanted that night. They even stayed after hours for me to complete the process. I was more than grateful for the service I received and thankful for everything he did to make sure the car I wanted was in my possession by the end of the transaction. I've never had someone go to the lengths he did to prevent me from having to come back to the dealership the next day and fight that Richmond traffic for a second time. Patience will surely get you far. Thank you both for your assistance with the process. Check them out! They will make sure to get you in a new ride! I love my new car :-)!

I had a Great buying experience. I applied online and was accepted. The next day, I had a few questions Brian answered all of them.
