Tyler was very patient with us. We test drive 4 cars and he was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure we left with a payment that fit our budget.

Nick provided outstanding customer service. The process went extremely smooth. The car was in excellent condition and very clean. I came here to purchase a 2023 Hyundai Elantra SEL because two months ago my Jeep Cherokee was hit by a 42 ton dump truck. I was so happy to have such an impressive car and be treated with such impressive professionalism.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming that's important to me when purchasing a car. The buying process a lil lengthy for me but not to bad given that I got there at 7pm and they closed a 8pm. The car had about ¼ gas in it and when I called the next day about it and for compensation. I was basically told I'm shit out of luck should have caught it the day of purchase.

Gabriella my Salesperson was excellent. I was more impressed with her than anything. I love my car. The most distressing thing was the inability to help me to finance due to the timing of my SSA check. Also the interest is too high to make me totally comfortable.

After I had chosen the vehicle, I received a phone call and scheduled a time the sales rep. was awesome. Anthony took the necessary time with me having a somewhat handicap. He explained everything to the point I understood. He was friendly and not pushy.

Lamonte was very informative and transparent with pricing, payments, etc. He had us in and out fast and let us take the lead on what cars we wanted to test drive.

They were very friendly and helpful. There cars are nice run good and clean. I love the way they walk you through your decision and help me when i couldn't decide on a vehicle.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from drive time using Tameka Reed as my salesperson and the experience was excellent. Tameka is very knowledgeable and professional, she is very pleasant to deal with and the experience great! Only negative part of my experience was the A/C was not working and it was very hot and uncomfortable!!!!!

They are worse than JD byrider. They know you're in need of a car and they take advantage of that. Finance company is horrible and their warranty company is worse. Don't buy from there. If I could have chosen less than one star, I would have.
