I. Have just been contacted by lan Dronfield, regarding a part from them, I complained he then very kindly phoned me apologising and is now supplying the part free to charge. 100% better service.

bad customer service staff are rude.

Certainly the worst company I have dealt with in the last 20 years. Agreed to buy my car and then did not collect when they advised they would. Subsequently did not reply to many telephone messages and emails to staff. Jamie in the parts department was particularly poor.

Was after a automatic gearbox Mercedes 190 diesel was told that they had one THAT WOULD FIT got it noticed a few differences in it phoned them up I was told that it would fit definitely. I asked why was the id number scrubbed off .NEVER GOT ANY REPLY. FITTED the box and now my car is off the road due to it not changing gears correctly and the car is revving over 3500 rpm before it even changes from first gear to second. No sooner done that it flips back very harshly bk to first ....cost me 600 pound . They have just ignored my request to have the situation fixed or another box 722.403.cant get the gearbox vacuum modulator adjusted as well don't know the running pressure with our the id on the box.. left me without my car .. lose of wages and our of pocket on the purchase which is no good to me. Please be aware before purchasing any items from these people. As there is no after sales etc Gordon longstaff.. really disappointed with everything from them .not even a well we will refund half or we will find a matched one with my ID numbers.or we can fix it by adjusting the vacuum modulator Nothing at all .REALLY DISAPPOINTED ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️now they say that their mechanics could take a look BUT HOW DO I GET IT TO THEM WHEN THE CAR REVVING ITS ARSE OFF ... AND no doubt it's going to cost me for the privilege... IF ITS FIXABLE . Would have been more appropriated if they would have arranged to collect the car and repaired it IF THAT WAS POSSIBLE BUT NOTHING GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMER TO EASE THIS DISAPPOINTMENT AND UPSET GORDON

bought a auto gearbox from these people i could not find a 722.403 one. they claimed they had one that would definitely would fit ....got the gearbox first thing i noticed that the id of the gearbox was filed away could not id the details. but i took their word fitted the gearbox and the gears change at 3000 revs to second gear. i release the throttle and the gear changes drops the revs. but the slight touch on the throttle and its seems as if the kickdown cuts in. revving the car over 4000 revs. iam so disappointed with them leaving me without a car i can use, please be aware .would have been nice it they hadnt removed the id by filing it off the gearbox which now makes my life a hell for parts if needed ........turns out they will say any thing to get a sale from the customer
