DS covers kan niet leveren en ze betalen niet terug. PAS OP VOOR DEZE OPLICHTERS

Ik had 2 sets backsraps gekocht en 2 motorhoezen bij een backstrap brak de sluiting net 6 dagen voor we op vakantie gingen ik had meteen gemaild omdat ik in Polen woon was ik bang dat ik niet optijd nieuwe zou hebben maar ds cover stuurde meteen nieuwe op 3 dagen later kreeg ik het pakketje binnen en tot mijn verbazing zaten er 2 nieuwe sets in terwel er maar een kapot was geweldige service bedankt ds covers

I ordered a Large cover for my SAAB 9.3 Convertible. I informed DS Covers that the cover did not fit as expected. I was immediately supplied with an XL cover for my car - without extra charges: Excellent service. Furthermore, they always responded promptly to my e.mails.

I have purchased two, and will purchase one more cover from DS Covers B.V. The covers are for different cars which I own. I did a reasonable amount of research before purchasing replacement covers for my cars, and choosing DS Covers B.V. was an excellent decision. The customer service is what you’d hope every company would be like; knowledgeable, professional, friendly and considerate. They worked with me to obtain exactly what I wanted, and the result is an amazing product, absolutely worth the expense. If you are in the market for a car cover, or know someone who is, I give my highest recommendation that you give DS Covers B.V. a call/email.

The design on my cover is flawed as whenever it rains, I have a pool of water weighing down in the middle of the cover. I am sure this will cause an early erosion of the cover. I also recognize the quality of the cover but users need to be aware of this. I wrote to DS Covers about this and they informed me that this was unavoidable and I would have to live with it.
