I recently discovered Du-All online, and after confirming they were a legitimate company, I decided to place an order. Some items were out of stock and to my surprise, I actually received a phone call from a real person asking if I’d like substitutions! The woman I spoke with was knowledgeable and friendly. The personal service was such a treat. After a couple of days my order arrived with my new art supplies. Excellent!

I was happy with my order. Their website was not up to date, but some one at the store called me, and we
arranged to modify my order. I like shopping with small business.

I have a bad impression of this business trying to do business with them over just a 2-week period in November. First, they ignored 3 requests in 1 week for a price quote, shipping, delivery dates, and product availability. After that week ended, I had to call them and it took 3 more days before I found out what I what I needed to know to place an order. The product was in stock in their nearby warehouse, and supposedly they would call for a delivery the day before Thanksgiving. This took an additional 5 days. Last minute I had to call them only to find out they were bailing out and wouldn't deliver. I got lame apologies and a vague claim of a store 'emergency'. I ordered this same product from ULINE in Wisconsin later on and they got it to me in 2 DAYS! Du-All/Du-Nothing is only 30 minutes away!. And ULINE charged me half of Du-All's price per sheet for the same product! ($107.00 vs. $200+ per sheet).
