Literally cant cancel subscriptions

I signed up for a trial. They never sent me plays. I kept trying to get access but it never worked. Had to email them off the app just to get them to confirm how to cancel. Did what they said, cancelled my subscription. Then they charged my card anyway the next month to renew. The very next day after I was charged I went back into the app to try and figure out why I was being charged. That was the first time I had been on the app in over a month. Could not figure it out so sent them an email explaining that I was charged for a subscription in error. They never did clarify anything, they just said they could see that I logged in once after the subscription was renewed so it must have been to use the service and look at the picks so they denied my refund request. I tried explaining that I went into the app to try and figure out why I was charged and if they looked they would see that was the only time I accessed the App in over a month...but they simply didn't care. Still no idea if they will try and charge me next month again. THIS APP is a scam and the customer service people are complete incompetent jerks. BEWARE...they will scam you!!!

They’re scam artists. Not only the people behind the scenes but also the “cappers” that you subscribe to. Very misleading and not any result that was promoted.

John helped me out big time with something I needed. Highly recommend him for anything you need. The absolute best in customer service!!

Illegal business. DubClub runs trial invitation with confusing service and charged me fee and extended my trial without my consent when i asked for refunded so that they could continue charging me again...i suggest everyone who is trapped by them to file complaints with your state attorney, your bank as well as BBB. The more complaints they receive, someone will investigate their illegal business.

Beware - shady business practices.
Give out "free" trials with zero indication at the time of subscribing that you will be auto-renewed a huge fee when the trial period is over.
I am very careful to check the fine print, there was none. I even logged back into the account twice to confirm there was no pending auto-new fee attached to my account. Low and behold - I woke up to a $75 renewal fee that I did NOT agree to. Check out their FAQ, that should tell you all you need to know. They offer zero refunds for these issues, they know what type of scam they are running and enough people have run into this it's their FAQ page now. I will dispute with my CC and hope I get a refund. But stay away from this place, far far away. The pricing is ridiculous as well.

I signed up for a trial. They never sent me plays. I canceled 7 days later, but they said they only charged a renew and cannot refund. They then reactivated it and extended another week without my consent. They kept saying they canceled it but today, November 8th, 2025, I still see it active subscription. They are doing ILLEGAL business. Customers beware! File complaints with BBB and your state's attorney so future lawsuits can be done.

What made my experience great is the quick response and efficient help it made thing easier for me to find out how to connect different accounts.

I made an accidently purchase and immediately contacted customer support. Customer service responded and told me that there is nothing that they can do to refund my money. WHAT? WHY? This is clearly unacceptable on all levels of business. Please refrain from doing business with this company, they lack morals and could care less about their customer base.

Credit card fraud , chargeback and file fraud in progress ...be aware they denied my claim and now we have to fight with lawer.

Have over 5k customer, link and discord community and they denied application with no reason lol

Very impressed with DubClub customer service. I was assisted by Enisa. She showed humility and care for my requests and needs. The service was quick, kind, professional, and respectful.

Awful, no refund by accidental purchase. Would not recommend.

Did not realize the use of these services were set on Auto renewal. Contacted immediately after auto renewal of a second week that I wasn’t satisfied with the service and asked for it refunded because I stopped using after the first day anyway and they chose to make it about the money stating the obvious that its hidden in their Terms of Service. Terrible customer service.

Excellent was a great way to get partner up with some great cappers

Told them about a capper stealing picks, along with the hundreds others of victims who has come forward. They dont do anything about it. They dont offer refunds and allow cappers to scam you. Been fighting for some type of compensation and they wont give any. Their customer service is distasteful and horrendous

Was originally told I was permanently banned for “sharing information”. When questioned, it was switched to a “probation period.” When I asked what evidence or proof of any sort of distribution they had (there is none), I was told they don’t have to provide that, they can simply remove my access to the service. I have a subscription (paid) to one of their “partners” that doesn’t expire until the middle of next year, and now I can’t get access but have been given no information as to why. This is also called a scam….
