Hatte bis jetzt viele Motorräder, Japaner+ Italienische, natürlich läuft ein Japaner wie Butter. Meine zweite Ducati würde ich trotzdem nie mehr missen wollen. Hatte nie Probleme damit bei regelmäßigen Service. Auch Feedback seitens Kontakt bei Ducati lief immer gut.

I like the design, but the ecosystem feels too restrictive.

Ich besitze seit 03/2020 meine geliebte Panigale V4/S und bin seitdem nur ca. 2000 km gefahren. Sie war regelmäßig – teilweise sogar halbjährlich – beim Service bei der Firma R. Zweiradtechnik. Die Zusammenarbeit mit Herrn R. verlief immer vorbildlich, und ich fühlte mich dort hervorragend betreut. Ein Kauf von zwei neuen Motorrädern war in Planung (698 MONO RVE, DUCATI Monster SP).

In den kalten Wintermonaten steht meine Ducati im Wohnzimmer und wird von Freunden und Geschäftspartnern immer wieder gerne bewundert. Leider musste ich vor kurzem feststellen, dass das Motorrad an der rechten Gabel an einer Stelle Öl verliert, was bei diesem Modell laut Herrn R. äußerst ungewöhnlich und auch für ihn ein erstmaliger Fall ist.
Der von Herrn R. eingereichte Garantie- bzw. Kulanzantrag wurde leider sowohl von Ducati als auch von Öhlins abgelehnt. Der vorliegende Kostenvoranschlag beläuft sich auf ca. 800€

Bei der geringen Laufleistung, den regelmäßigen Services und der sehr sorgfältigen Pflege kann ich mir kaum vorstellen, dass der Schaden durch eine falsche Handhabung meinerseits entstanden ist. Für mich sieht es eher nach einem ungewöhnlichen Material- oder Verarbeitungsproblem aus.

Das Ende vom Lied war: die Rechnung musste von mir beglichen werden.

Ducati ignored my emails for months — safety-critical defects on a brand new bike
I purchased a Ducati Supersport 950 in 2024 for over 85,000 PLN (~20,000 EUR). Shortly after, I discovered serious factory defects: corroded ABS wiring (the system responsible for emergency braking), water contamination in the fuel system causing unstable engine behavior and risk of sudden shutdown while riding, and a defective fuel cap allowing water ingress.
I contacted Ducati headquarters multiple times via email requesting repair or resolution. I was completely ignored.
A motorcycle traveling at high speed with failing brakes or a stalling engine is not an inconvenience — it is a life-threatening situation.
The case is now subject to legal proceedings and a formal complaint to UOKiK (Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection).
If you are considering buying a Ducati — request an independent technical inspection before signing anything. I didn’t. I regret it.

Neue Streetfighter V4S gekauft und ab Auslieferung durch Ducati Geldern nur Problem. Ich warte noch immer auf Teile die Ducati nicht liefern kann aber vor einem Jahr an mich verkauft hat. Respekt Ducati wie unterirdisch ihr seid. Dazu Probleme mit der Bremse und dem Tempomat wo man merkt die haben keinen blassen Schimmer was sie machen sollen. Die Saison kommt und es wird genau dokumentiert und dem Anwalt übergeben. Finger weg von Ducati!

Fehlende Kompromissfähigkeit und kein Interesse an Neukunden!!! Nach einer Anfrage musste ich 3,5 Monate warten um eine Ablehnung zu erhalten! Die Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit ist mehr als langsam.Damit zeigt sich Ducati, in Punkto Service, von einer sehr schlechten Seite.

Ducati ist eine Katastrophe!

Nach 1 Jahr löst sich der komplette Lack am Zylindergehäuse bei meiner Icon 800. Bekanntes Problem aber Ducati möchte davon nichts wissen obwohl, dass Motorrad noch 1 Jahr Garantie hat. Baujahr 12/2024. Kundenservice nicht vorhanden. Nur große Klappe! Nie wieder Ducati

Esperienza al museo bellissima, soprattutto per noi appassionati del marchio vedere alcune delle moto storiche più rappresentative dell' azienda

Ho aspettato un po’ prima di scrivere questa recensione perché volevo testare a fondo la mia nuova moto. Ho acquistato una Scrambler Full Throttle MY25 e devo dire che è semplicemente stupenda.

È leggera, maneggevole e con la giusta dose di potenza, perfetta per muoversi agilmente in città ma anche per godersi qualche viaggio fuori porta. Le sospensioni sono di altissimo livello e rendono la guida fluida e confortevole. Ottima la ripresa, pronta e reattiva in ogni situazione.

L’unico piccolo difetto, se vogliamo trovarne uno, è la sella che tende a diventare un po’ scomoda dopo lunghi tragitti. Ma nonostante questo, la moto resta piacevolissima da guidare.

Sono davvero soddisfatta del mio acquisto e fiera di far parte del mondo Ducati/Scrambler.
Non vedo l’ora di scoprire cosa ci riserverà il prossimo modello!

Les compré una bicicleta y me engañaron. La compañia Ducati Motor Holding desconoce la existencia del modelo, ahora el precio 1850 euros la vende Amazon. Si tienes problemas con ella te jodes, si se rompe en garantia te jodes, el manual no existes, investigando la fábrica una empresa chiná. En el siglo XXI se consiente esta comercialización fraudulenta. Vergonzoso.

Ho acquistato finalmente una Scrambler Icon, modello 2025..da luglio ho percorso già 3000km moto stupenda ed anche se sono ancora alle prime armi ed è la mia prima moto "seria" non pensavo che fosse così facile da guidare. Ducati for ever 😀

Sono felice posessore di una Panigale v4r, posso solo dire che non c'e scelta migliore che avere in garage questa moto. ringrazio tanto MARIO MANZO di salerno per la sua competenza e assistenza.

Questa estate ho avuto un problema che prontamente i ragazzi dell'assistenza hanno saputo risolvere fornendomi tutta l'assistenza necessaria, mi hanno proprio seguito passo passo. Sempre orgoglioso di essere Ducatista :)

Neues Motorrad 3 monate gefahren und steht seit 1 Monat in der Werkstatt wegen einem Bremsenproblem einmal Ducati ,nie wieder ,schlechter Kundensupport,schlechte qualität,neue Honda gekauft 3 jahre gefahren nie probleme,würde jeden davon abraten eine Ducati zu kaufen ,bin froh wenn ich sie wieder los hab ,werde vom Kauf zurücktreten

Ducati Panigale V4 2025 Bei 2800km Hinterradbremse blockiert hätte fast Unfall gebaut ,konnte Motorrad nicht mal schieben ,nach einer halben stunde löste sich die Bremse dann kam der Öamtc und stellte fest das die Hinterradbremse nicht mehr funktioniert in Amerika gibts schon Rückrufaktionen aber in Österreich wird sie weiter munter verkauft!

Having owned and still own many Ducati's for over 35 years I required a caliper rebuild kit for my 916 Strada and a master cylinder rebuild kit for my 1199s so I called Ducati Coventry. Helpful as always but these kits are not available due to safety reasons !

I decided to contact Brembo who told me Ducati blocked the sale of repair kits in the UK but unable to give an explanation as to why.

I called Ducati UK and spoked to a representative who asked me to email her with my problem. She failed to respond so I called again and once again failed to respond so I called again to be told the Parts manager Steve Cox said Ducati wont supply the parts and I have to buy new parts at an exorbitant cost. The Strada a classic bike should retain it originality which I wont be able to do with a new part they don't care.

In summary they have no interest in customer service and I have been informed are in breach of the Cartels and Competition Act of 1988 by refusing to supply parts or information on parts but they don't seem to care.

Cancelled the order for a 2025 Streetfighter S will buy an Aprilia instead and will not come back to Ducati.

Nel Novembre 2024 ho prenotato e acquistato una Streetfighter V4S my 2025.
Al momento dell'acquisto ho configurato la moto con numerose parti opzionali per un valore di oltre 43000 Euro.
Ho ritirato la moto a Fine Marzo 2025 ma praticamente la moto non aveva quasi nessuno degli optional richiesti nella configurazione peraltro già pagata.
Il concessionario mi ha comunicato che sarebbero arrivati a Giugno 2025.
A Giugno 2025 non è arrivato praticamente nulla e il concessionario mi ha comunicato che alcuni ricambi sarebbero arrivati a fine Luglio e altri addirittura a fine Settembre.Siamo a fine Luglio e mi hanno comunicato che ci saranno ulteriori ritardi.
Il servizio è veramente pessimo anche a fronte del denaro speso.

Having spent £29,000 on a bike, had a couple of issues with it and the dealership first class, ordered a few items with the bike and 3 months later still not delivered to the dealership, absolute joke. The decided to switch to a different model and asked for a PX price on my nearly new bike.

Was offered £6000 less that I paid for it 12 weeks ago, nearly fell off my chair laughing at the offer.

Time to move brands I think as this company is a total disgrace

Pessima esperienza con Ducati – Accessori mai consegnati/installati dopo due mesi.
Dopo aver acquistato una moto Ducati, ho pagato anche per una serie di accessori aggiuntivi, che a distanza di oltre due mesi non sono ancora stati né consegnati né installati.
Nonostante le numerose richieste al servizio clienti e un sollecito formale tramite il mio avvocato, non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta né assistenza concreta. Il silenzio da parte di Ducati è inaccettabile, soprattutto considerando il prestigio che il marchio vorrebbe rappresentare.

È davvero deludente constatare che un’azienda di questo calibro ignori completamente i propri clienti, anche quando si tratta di obblighi contrattuali già saldati.

Spero che questa recensione serva ad avvisare altri potenziali clienti: l’attenzione al cliente dopo la vendita è praticamente inesistente.
