Avoid Dudley at all costs!! 2 months down the line and still no further forward, I work for a broker and have dealt with hundreds of lenders over 6 years, but Dudley is by far the worst I have ever dealt with.

Absolutely poor! Trying to get a mortgage assessment done by my broker, they’d taken 2 weeks to look into my application or assessment should I say only then to be declined. This has left my credit with a hard search. Something that was on my file 2 years ago, they said no. Absolutely disgusting because this was meant to be an initial assessment, not an application. Avoid - no where did anyone say it will be an application.

Filled out a very old fashioned and long winded paper application form for a junior savings account only to receive a letter back a week later rejecting it because they’d had too many applications for it!!! Very poor service not to honour the applications they’d already received.
