Had a big win of £9000 on the new game big bamboo 2 and once I withdrew after depositing numerous amount of times and withdrawing a couple of times they now want proof of ID which I have now sent into them as they have requested , they have rejected the withdrawal once so I have withdrew again I have sent them at least 16 email it takes at least 2 days for a response from them so I would give this site a miss. They are not reliable enough I feel that I have been mistreated , 35 transactions made which meant 35 times they could have asked for ID but they waited until I withdrew a big win and now they don't want to release it and just keep asking me for documents and ID anything but paying out which I unfair quick enough to take money from me though I feel really disgusted by this especially as that money that I have rightfully won that they do not want to release.

Never once have I had my money stolen from me on a UK casino but this one did I spent over £200 using a third party payment which is allowed but because the number I used was my brothers they've closed my account and offered me £15 compensation after stealing £240 off me absolutely hilarious to think they'd think I'd sit here happy with that police and bank have been informed the fact there name is completely differet on trust Pilot says enough for me so funny how they'll take severel deposits completely fine without one bit of identity but then when it comes to withdrawing they asked for 7 different pieces of ID and emailed me some bullshit on why I broke there rules.

Furthermore, I have been asked to provide full bank statements showing all daily transactions. This request appears excessive and disproportionate for standard verification purposes, and raises serious concerns under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. In particular, the principle of data minimisation requires that only data necessary for the stated purpose should be requested and processed.
In addition, the platform’s requirements are contradictory. It states that screenshots are not accepted, yet only provides an option to upload photographic images, making compliance unnecessarily difficult.
It is also concerning that while withdrawals are withheld pending verification, deposits continue to be accepted without restriction. This raises serious questions regarding fairness, transparency, and consistency in their business practices.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will consider escalating the issue to the relevant regulatory authorities, including submitting a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) regarding the handling of personal data.
Update they have now cancelled my withdrawal after I submitted 10 times my documents saying I've not uploaded them,and blocked me

I deposited with Duelz using Trustly and requested a £1000 withdrawal.

I have fully complied with their verification process and provided:

* Valid ID
* Proof of address
* Bank statements (uploaded multiple times in original PDF format directly from my banking app)

Despite this, my bank statements have been repeatedly rejected without clear explanation, even though they clearly show the transactions made via Trustly.

I am also being asked to provide proof of ownership of my phone number (such as a recent receipt or invoice), despite:

* Not using my phone as a payment method
* Not having any such documentation, as the SIM is part of a family arrangement and not in my name

I have explained this and offered alternative verification methods (such as SMS verification), but these have not been accepted.

At this stage, I have cooperated fully and provided all reasonable documentation, yet my withdrawal remains unresolved due to requests for documents that do not exist and repeated rejection of valid submissions.

I am currently awaiting resolution before escalating this matter further.

I will update this review accordingly if the matter is resolved.

I sent in all documents which are not been accepted , including driving licence utility bills etc
Still wint pay out my withdrawal!
