Lo barato sale caro. Lo único bueno es que el precio es más barato que en la península. Por lo demás, mal servicio. Nada recomendable, mejor pagar más.

Buen precio y envío a península en 48h. Con código promocional no pagué gastos de envío. Buena página, repetiré.

Una gran variedad de productos y un servicio posventa maravilloso. En canarias además los plazos de entrega son increíblemente buenos.
También sirven a peninsula.

Compre un objetivo Nikon 18-140. Era para un regalo y como finalmente la persona para la cual era el objetivo procedi a su devolución sin ni siquiera abrirlo. Les llego un jueves a las 12:00 de la mañana (segun la pagina de Correos) y tardaron 48 horas en efectuar el reembolso porque segun indicaban dependenden de cuando lo pueda realizar su departamento administrativo. 48 horas para hacer un reembolso que se tarda 1 minuto?

Por otra parte tras preguntarles a última hora del viernes si por fin lo habían hecho su respuesta fue "Consultelo. Saludos". Esto me lo respondieron a las 21:00 de la noche del viernes. En fin una postventa bastante mala en cuanto a tiempo y trato con el cliente. Ademas me costo 7 euros de envio en la compra mas 10 de gastos de envio urgente en la vuelta (así me dijeron que la hiciese). Es decir la devolución de un objetivo de 200 euros me supuso 17 euros.

I ordered a Nikon Z7 from Duke Fotografia in Las Palmas, but before I placed my order, I repeatedly asked the question: does the model you sell support all European languages in the menus? Their answer was: "SI, TODOS LOS IDIOMAS EUROPEOS" ("Yes, all European languages"), but when I received the camera, the menus were only in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.

So, they lied.

When confronted, they had no choice but to take the camera back. I did expect some kind of last-minute twist in the tail, but didn't know what it was going to be.

Well, it was this: once they received the camera back, they claimed that I had sent it with an old EN-EL15 battery with it, instead of the newer EN-EL15B. This was simply not possible, as the three EN-EL15 batteries I have are Dymo-labeled 1, 2 and 3. Knowing this, I had been extra careful to send back an unlabeled battery. Therefore, the battery I sent back HAD TO BE the brand new EN-EL15B that came with it originally.

Of course, there was no way to prove that. They could claim anything, now that they had the camera back, and still had my money as well... So, I decided to play low profile and benignly asked what they suggested: they said they would take 40 euros from the sum they were about to reimburse me, and I had no choice but to accept, knowing full well that I was being cheated. Oh, and they kept my "old" battery, too.

I had no resort, except explain in this review how they treat customers, so that this very unpleasant misadventure would not happen to others.

I seriously advise AGAINST doing business with Duke Fotografia. In my experience, they are capable of being dishonest people, first lying about "SI, TODOS LOS IDIOMAS EUROPEOS", then lying about the battery to justify not fully reimbursing me.

Totalmente recomendable. Precios excelentes, servicio rápido. El objetivo que compré es estupendo, venía muy bien embalado y me llegó a casa en 3 días. Muy contento con la compra.

El sitio más fiable para comprar productos de fotografía. Es muy barato y no merece la pena arriesgar comprando en páginas chinas donde no sabes cuando te va a llegar y a veces ni te llega. Garantía española y buena comunicación.
