i have been with Duport since 2012 and they have been the calmest and kindest accountants i could wish for. Nothing is too much trouble and they always help me see the wood through the tress. Thank you to all. Highly recommend

The Accounting Department is shocking to say the least. From lack of communication to forgetting about you when people change teams, it just doesn't end. We're six months into 2023 and still no financials for 2022 and one excuse after the other is given or you are ignored. Stay away from them. Our new provider is such a breath of fresh air, wish we changed sooner.

Setting up of a company was relatively simple, and the information, services fairly priced. I have used similar before and these guys made things really streamlined and easy, I did anticipate some initial issues and contacted them asking for a callback for advice, they did call back without problem and everything was resolved.

No issues to recommend them.

Stress free they handle all your paperwork and on the system they provide you, you can save everything it is easy to use.
You don't have to worry about HMRC you just focus on your business i definitely think it is worth the money.

I have been dealing with Duport for almost ten years and have always found them to be professional, responsive and customer oriented.

I have been with these guys for 1 yrs very minimal contact from them throughout the years until this months when I had to ask about my tax rtn spoke to a brilliant lady called molli who did everything for me in less than 3 days i am writing an honest review if I wasn't for molli I would of terminated my business with these guys because I got limited information or feed back I will give these guys 1 Yr more and only due to how amazing molli was

Duport Associates have consistently delivered efficient services through the decade when I registered a company, domain name and website hosting.
We have grown somewhat and so have Duport Associates who now offer a much wider range of valuable services

Duport Associates Ltd Ripped me off and I still await for the return of £99 +£20 Vat of a service which I have not had no use of which I purchased in good faith last April 2022. Taken money from a Single Mum who is just trying to do what she loved to do and couldn't afford it at the time but did her best to comply with Companies House Register to provide a better quality of life for herself and her Child. And now we are in a Cost of Living Crisis.

I was made to believe that I could house all my 9 Companies for a fee of £99 even though I asked twice to ensure mistake were not made. My MP has last year made numerous contact with Companies House as this is the sister company of Companies House yet has emails have been ignored. This is Breach of Contract and its disappointing that they are able to act in this way to take money and not provide any service. Not a Excellent Company at all. This is now theft because I have been left out of pocket and I have had no service and never used the service nor received any of my business post yet money was received by them directly. A complaint was issued to Duport Associates Ltd last year and th CEO of Companies House and still no satisfactory conclusion. I have sought legal advice so I get my money back.

They are very efficient, very responsive, very knowledgeable and very thorough.
I would not use anyone else

Duport are a fantastic company to work with. All the staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable in their fields. Very engaging and provided prompt services. Why would you use anyone else Duport are very professional and you can trust them look after all your Business needs.

We moved a number of business interests to Duport and the service has been terrible and has not been resolved:

Issues included:
VAT submitted without any checks
Late payroll
Incorrect payroll
Zero response from them
Mis sold the service

In addition to this, we have never been given any sight of their 'internal' software what wasn't explained was this means if you move from XERO or Quick Books you lose all management information.

They have literally done the minimum forcing me to change accountants again and having now refused to pay them for their shoddy work and to bring my accounts up to date to enable the move they are refusing to hand over the various paperwork.

I have tried to speak to their Directors but they refuse to engage. They have admitted in writing all of the failures above but refuse to help.
