Do not buy from this company! They are scammers. Nice website, nice products, nice prices, but they take your money and never deliver the product and don't respond to your email. These people belong in jail.

fast shipping, order was as described, only thing was no shipping updates so was a guess to when it was coming but I got it and I love it. true to colour, size & design.

TBH i ordered twice from their website, the fist time they used an unreliable shipping company they apologised and reimbursed me but the second time was very smooth when they started using another shipping company

Terrible never recieved my product and the company stopped answering emails requested a refund still no answer. Don’t buy from there it’s a scam

This company is run by dodgy people. I am aware that upon checking out, they tell you to pay extra for insurance (which btw is BS because that should always be apart of the price). HOWEVER, there is still an expectation that the packaging be adequately protective!! It was a marble-top side table that weighed around 7kg and was not put in a heavy duty box. There was the thinnest, single layer of bubble wrap. And NOTHING in the gaps of the box to stop it moving around inside. Not surprisingly, it was delivered with the box crushed down on it. The metal base is full of dents, scratches and paint rubbed off the edges. I strongly believe that they purposely cheap out on packaging when a buyer doesn’t pay for shipping insurance

I reached out to them via email, after no response from a number I’d found. They simply said that it is in their Terms of Agreement that the customer has to pay to insure all items. So it’s not on them.

Well, thankfully, I paid using PayPal, and I reached out to them. I followed their process of reaching out to the seller and I provided several photos of evidence of the damage. The seller would only agree to give me a refund once I sent the table back. I was fully prepared to do this until I had shipping calculated and it would cost me $170 to send back.

In the end, PayPal ended up refunding the full amount, which I I am truly grateful for. And it angers me that the seller gets to keep my money because my refund should have come from him.

My advice to anyone “DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DURE DESIGN AND THE SCUMBAGS THAT RUN IT!” Also, always purchase through PayPal. They’re probably the only protection you can get after purchasing from companies like this.

I placed an order for an LED mirror and paid $90 for express shipping, which was advertised as 3–9 days delivery. The item never arrived. At no point was I contacted by the business to advise of any delay, issue, or damage.

After receiving no updates, I personally contacted the freight company who informed me the item had been damaged in transit. They provided a photo showing torn packaging labelled “China White”, despite the mirror I ordered being beige. This raised further concerns about order accuracy and handling.

I made multiple attempts to contact the business directly. They did not respond to a single email. When I contacted them through Instagram, I was repeatedly redirected to WhatsApp, where I also received no response. There has been no communication, no resolution offered, and no accountability taken.

Despite never receiving my order, I have been told I am still required to continue paying the full amount through Afterpay due to their internal policies. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be financially responsible for products that were never delivered.

This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this business.

Quick to take payment with no sofa to follow. Ordered and paid, however never received the order. Sofa cost a few hundred dollars, but Duredesign never delivered the sofa. Have emailed Duredesign repeatedly, no replies whatsoever. Cannot contact Duredesign. They have my payment and ceased contact. Was too good to be true. Wish we had avoided this company that does not exist once they recieve payment.

If there is option I would give them 0 ratings. My product finally arrived damaged after 2 months. Delivering driver acknowledged that product seems broken and he took it back. When i contacted dure design they said you should have insurance for delivery. I spent $220 and now they are refusing to send me new product and they had my broken one as well. I cant believe its an heist. Absolutely pathetic company please stay away from them

I ordered 2 side tables via Black Friday sale in November. There was no communication from Dure other than the sales invoice, their courier communication was abysmal. I followed up as I thought it was a scam with 4 emails. They did respond to emails saying order was coming I asked to cancel order they declined offered refund once was received ( as it hadnt left the warehouse I could not understand issue ?) Eventually got order with a very damaged box - I was missing one marble table top and the other one was damaged. I have had no response from Dure design . Emails, Insty , FB messages ignored . I would prefer a refund, have acknowledged that I would pay for return ( under duress) or would settle for the table top so I can use second table.
Very disappointed as its an Australian company and service is shocking - basically still waiting on response & spent $300 + on a non usable ( missing top) side table & a damaged side table

This is a fake website. Do not buy from here. They have PayPal capability and claim to be a South Australian Business but instead of a leather chair sent me a vacuum seal cushion to cover their case.
