Durham Falconry Ltd is a family-ran business. We offer one-to-one and group falconry experiences with birds of prey. We fly hawks, falcons, owls and eagles over 450 acres of farm and woodland, and can offer experiences across the Northeast of England. Please contact us for more information and to book. Make it extremely difficult to book

Make it extremely difficult to book. Don't provide a contact phone number. Refuse to refund you even if you don't get to visit. Take ages to respond to emails. Have very customer unfriendly terms and conditions. All in all an extremely uncooperative and unpleasant 'company' to deal with.

Waste of time and money

I've received a gift voucher for a Hawk Walk offered by Durham Falconry Ltd in June this year. I contacted Durham Falconry in September to arrange a date, but after initial reply stating they couldn't accommodate multiple dates I enquired about, all the remaining emails went unanswered. We have now reported them to Trading Standards as this isn't isolated incident, and they clearly have no intention of providing this service.

Taken money, no walk

My son booked a Hawk walk for my husband and I, for Christmas 2025.
We had an email saying the walk was postponed as they had bird flu. We have been trying to contact since, no emails are returned, replied to,and there is no phone number or address.
Its a scam, a rip off and we are very angry
