5 stars: Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

It's hard to pinpoint exactly why this experience went so awry, but assuming that Cees is being truthful in that the registration system went offline just after our application submission (explaining why we were not forewarned of delays), there would still be the following: at no point were we updated on the status of our application, despite serious delays, without first requesting it; we were told "the system goes live" today 3 times with even the last time being false; when the registration finally came in, it was shipped to the wrong address; and when we inquired about this, Cees carelessly, without first seeking our preference, processed a change of address request with DHL resulting in further delays and removing our alternative ability to develop a plan wherein we could at least leave the current marina and begin our trip. I suspect that Cees has good intentions, but again, he was careless in his treatment of us, and it has had real world consequences that aren't so easily swept under the rug with a let-it-be attitude and an ironically pre-mature "happy sailing" sign off. This has been a disappointing experience, and based on it, I do not recommend this service.

Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dell'esperienza fatta. Ho ricevuto sempre risposte precise e rapide alle mie richieste di informazioni. Ho proceduto quindi alla registrazione del mio catamarano e alla richiesta della licenza radio e MMSI. In una settimana dall'invio dei documenti e dal pagamento, ho ricevuto il certificato ICP e l'MMSI. Ringrazio il titolare dell'Agenzia Cees De Boer per l'efficienza e l'assistenza ricevuta.

If you came to the moment of registration your boat, there is nothing easier ,but to leave this problem to the peoples who know how to solve it. And here I am referring to Dutch Yacht registration team, particularly to Mr. de Boer. Good communication, clear explanations, even a reduction of the price (for 3 boats) and in the end an envelope with everything you need for a long lasting enjoyable boating experience. Sono molto soddisfatto sia per la facilità e semplicità per stabilire un colloquio con loro, sia per registrarsi ed inviare i documenti necessari per il cambio bandiera. Grazie al loro sito ed alla facilità di gestirlo ho potuto mettermi in contatto direttamente con loro in Olanda ed ho evitato i costi esorbitanti degli intermediari.
