they could have a real support where u can tslk to a human its bs hoe its set up now you dont get to tsl to anybody

This payment platform is scamming people like there is no tomorrow with no rights to do anything about it. They scammed us for over 25.000$. They refuse to give any answear or update regarding our situation. They usually pay but once they see your peak revenue they just commit the scam. You should totally avoid this pp.

Scamming thousands of euros. Tickets instantly close more then 2 years now.

pésima experiencia como mercante, el sistema antifraude que manejan es nulo, muchas compras fraude sin mencionar los ridículos fees que manejan, ellos son solo intermediarios entre las diferentes plataformas de pago de los países por lo que debes pagar la comisión de ellos y la comisión de los diferentes medios de pago, llega fácilmente al 15-20% de la venta. Por otra parte tienen plugins para e-commerce con implementaciones bastante pobres, como si un recién egresado de programación lo hubiera desarrollado, los pagos te los convierten a dolares a una tasa muy baja y transfieren usando sha, que es una tasa compartida entre ambos bancos, receptor y emisor, realmente un servicio mediocre, no se como aun no quiebra

They stole our money. More than $2k.
Writing tickets everytime and always excuses. Please avoid them.

Currently waiting for over 1 Month to get paid.

no fake, 100% real, i get monthly payout from them since 1.5 year, they are real and trustable!

Usually everything was always good, epay is currently having problems and I am waiting over 1 month for my money and haven't got it yet. I also don't have any information on how things stand. funny

It's one year they don't pay more than 50.000€.
And are 4 months they are playing with my local lawyer, every time with an excuse!
At the beginning they paid without any problem or delay, and after they block all the payments and continue to get the incomings...

They are just scammers.They do not pay money.

avoid at all cost they are absolute scammers we worked with them for a while now they are holding 5000 euro to us for over 10 months and no response to tickets or skype we sent invoices to be paid out nearly 5 times and all ignored!

I recommend, I have had the services for over 6 months and I had no problems

I've been trying to send money to a company that uses your service with great difficulty. In August, despite claiming the transactions were cancelled, I still had money debited twice from my debit card. Fortunately the company still gave me the service after seeing evidence from my bank statement.

This time round in October, I've tried for days to send 10 Euros to the company and have got nowhere. Most of the time I get the error message. However this evening (at time of posting, I got through to the second stage where Verify By Visa asks for a passcode which I posted in and then still got the error message, so no idea if the funds have been taken or not.
