I am battling since 23-12-2025 to get my profits paid out from eaglefx. Today is the 01-02-2026 which is 39 days and I still have not received my profits. I have paid to date R170 000 give or take a few thousand.
Things that happened during this ordeal is as follows:
1. First they ask for taxes money. You pay.
2. They ask for release fund payment. You pay.
3. Now they ask for banking fees. You pay.
4. Now again release fees.
And so they keep on asking for money.
Then they pay but they use BETWAY CODES so the money don't reach your bank account and here is the kicker.
THEY KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING.
THERE BANKER MR. JOHAN SMAL IS THE BIG CULPRIT IN THIS.
Eaglefx is doing nothing to rectify the situation.
Now they want me to pay so called taxes for them to be able to move my profits to another banker.
So I am warning anybody that is dealing or going to deal with eaglefx to think carefully before you do so.
EAGLE FX IS SCAMMERS AND FRAUDSTERS THAT ONLY DEFRAUD PEOPLE OUT OF THERE MONEY. That is why they only work with immediate payments is to change the money to crypto the minute you pay them.
BEVERY AWARE OF EAGEFX. THEY ARE THIEFS AND SCAMMERS AT THE SAME TIME.

If I could give EagleFX Vault (Eaglefx Trading 75 as per emails) a negative 10000 review I would. We paid more than R200,000 already and still no end. We still did not receive 1 cent in profits.

Last night we were told that the payment will be done into your bank account tomorrow, after all fees were paid as per the arrangements.

This morning we were asked for more money as the profit money increased and we now owe tax, Exchange and COT and delay fees on the higher amount again. Tax amount R100k we dont even know how the other amounts will be.

When we said that we only want the amount that we finished paying the fees, we were told that we have to take the full amount all at once.

Now we are told that our profits will be donated to charity and we wont receive anything and loose all our money that we paid allready. (ATTITUDE!!!!!)

Just promises and more and more money. How do we stop them?

We dont care anymore about the profits we just want our money back.

Opened an account with Eagle Fx, then they advised me that I needed to pay $2000 for a basic account. Not printed anywhere.....
I asked to close my account and return my $1000.00 deposit ( opening an account with GATESFX, they are more transparent), Eagle Fx charged me $150.00- for processing and another $100.00- for IRS fees. I felt like I needed a shower after dealing with these people. Up till now 10/17/2025 -4am EST I still haven't received my funds

With this firm, I haven't had a great experience. Simply follow my photo lead if you want a better option and a seamless, wonderful experience.

Make no mistake, their problems never ends.
They are never transparent, hidden charges and terms are being used to frustrate users so out without their as - sets. I would have ended up being used like other if M4 D RL T D didn't mount of my case and made pa y out attainable.

Keep getting emails where there taking money out of my account or what I had left which ain’t right when I’m not trading on it this company is only out to shit on you

Best non-KYC broker out there and very resposive customer support. I can't give you 5 stars because your spreads are kinda high. But definitely recommend for people residing in US or those who look for a non-KYC broker. Keep it up EagleFX

Absolute best non kyc broker out there. Its been 2 months with them. Started small but slowly bigger withdrawals and its almost instant. The support is very very fast and no issues so far. Spread is also very durable

Refusing to pay for affiliate commissions. They’ve been contacted over a period of a few months and only being given excuses. Not acceptable

Not paying affiliate commissions, best to avoid.

I had really bad experience with this broker , they are not trustworthy and have huge spreads. Don’t try this broker at all.

i deposited 10 grand in bitcoin, traded for a couple months, and withdrawaled 70 grand with no issues. to be honest, these people are to be trusted.

Now that I’m a profitable, there are so many market manipulation in the chart. You guys needs to stop that. I understand it’s the liquidity provider who’s doing that but might as well switch because this is not fair for the people.

July 13, 2024 from USA. Been trading with this broker for almost a year now and so far it’s been great! I haven’t experienced a massive candle spike to stop you out which is a manipulation by other brokers. The only dislike is the swap can be high fee which is kinda upsetting if you want to swing trade. But if you’re a scalper or day trader, this is the best broker. Yesterday I withdrew some small profit and after about 15-20 minutes my withdrawal was approved. Then I received my withdrawal in 13 hours after. It will depends on the blockchain but I did get my withdrawal. Overall it’s an excellent broker. I just wish the Swap fee can be lowered and for the MT4, it would be nice if the there was a “Live” Yellow word on top right. Again great broker. Spreads are okay some of them are very low. I highly recommended. I would give them 4.9/5

Months of no payout for affiliate earnings and get the same scammy reply over and over again.

SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY!
I'm a profitable trader and I use hedging. I was looking for an unregulated broker with high leverage to quickly flip accounts. THEY CLOSED MY TRADES AND THUS LIQUIDATED MY WHOLE ACCOUNT BALANCE. Absolutely crazy how they just close trades for no reason or explanation at all. It did NOT hit stop loss, margin call or a stop out. STAY AWAY from this broker for your own good and rather choose a regulated one with slightly lower leverage.

The platform's user-friendly, and I appreciate the quick crypto transactions. There was a slight delay once, but they sorted it out.
