I was saved, and my lost funds were recovered, all thanks to Zent ri Coup s.

Dealt with them indirectly as one of our financial service provider uses them. EXTREMELY slow processing time that cause payment delay and occurred unnecessary interest costs to us. IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of anyone. Avoid using them, and check carefully your service provide DO NOT use them either!

Received an email from them today threatening action over an "overdue settlement" and demanding payment by 31/5/19.
I have had no foreign currency business with them for years.
BEWARE!!!

Really helpful work from Ramona and Will on a recent request for historical information. They both went out of their way to find it.
Over many years Earthport and previously Baydonhill have done a great job and I would include the work of Rebecca BH in that excellent service

Closed our accounts without warning because we were sending some money to Ukraine. Totally unacceptable. Will take a lawyer to get my money back now.
Customer service is just a nightmare. Easpeciall Mrs. D**** is the worst sales person you could employ.
Is making jokes that we dont get the money back.

Closed our accounts without warning or discussion because we were trying to receive payments from humanitarian aid organisations in some difficult places were humanitarian aid organisations operate giving lifesaving support to local populations. Totally unimpressed.

I needed my account reinstated and Tom and the compliance team went out of their way to help me. It was all done and the Euros in my French bank within 24 hours.

The transfer of monies went very smoothly and we have recommended this company to our friends.

I've very much appreciated the advice given to me by Will Collins at Earthport FX.

How often do you get pleasant and helpful people today?
Well here's a company which still treats its customers as people. There isn't really much more to say . . . Except, a big Thankyou to Will and the people at Earthport for sticking with us on these currency exchanges.

Your rates were as good as any we could find and there are no hidden fees.

First time we have used Earthport and probably the last. After I had made the transfer I discovered within minutes that the High Street holiday exchanges were offering a better rate. If I gone in to their shop with nearly 15k to exchange they would have offered an enhanced rate other than there holiday rate.
