The carpets are good quality for the price and the monthly payments really help. BUT! The fitters did not appreciate the fact I had just redecorated and scuffed and ripped the wallpaper taking the car... もっと見る

Nightmare company

Terrible fitting had to get another carpet fitto finish work, would not recommend nightmare !!!!

Carpet is not level got bumps in left…

Carpet is not level got bumps in left chips around skirting board and asked for £60 when that was not the price of the fitting

We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy, however we have carefully checked the images you provided and there is no visible evidence of the carpet being uneven or incorrectly fitted. We have also since spoken with you directly regarding your concerns.

During our conversation, an allegation was made that the fitter had taken a phone, which was later confirmed to have been found. This has been fully resolved.oved or edges are being finished. These marks are cosmetic and do not affect the installation or finish of the carpet.

The fitting was carried out to a professional standard and completed as agreed. We always aim to take care in every property and appreciate your understanding that minor cosmetic marks can sometimes be an unavoidable part of the process.

Herringbone 😍

I absolutely love my new herringbone carpet—it brings such a classy, high-end feel to the stairs and landing. The colour I chose compliments the wood grain in my laminate flooring perfectly, tying everything together beautifully. I purchased both through Easipay Carpets, and the quality and overall experience have been excellent. Highly recommend!
