Used the Las Vegas location. It was NOT on site with the airport and had to take two separate shuttles to get to the location. Check in process was lengthy and they forced insurance on us unlike any other rental place we have used. Worst part was the vehicle was disgusting. Dog hair everywhere. So gross. Dog slobber residue all over the passenger window. And nastiness all in the center consul and beverage holders. I rent allot of cars and cannot recommend this company.

The car was filthy! Trash in the car, dirty, sticky stuff on console and cup holders! windows were so dirty you could not see out of them! It was just gross

Shuttle took 25 minutes, while 15 of us baked in the sun. There were only 2 agents working, and one of them rudely walked off to take her break. Me and about 14 others stood in line for at least 45 mins. I’d never use this outfit again!!! I will only be booking direct from here on. This place ruined 3rd party booking for me.I wouldn’t have gave 1 star!!! Service was terrible. They didn’t even bother to acknowledge us.

The nissan sentra we rented to drive to Austin was great! Minus the very many dings it had it was extremely reliable and very cold a/c. No complaints about the service either other than if you are local to DFW you will get an extra charge for unlimited miles which just rounded us out to what it would have cost at other name brands, but I didn't have to go to the airport to return and pickup.

July 23-28: I went with this rental company without looking at the reviews. The car I received had a crack in the middle of the front windshield and multiple rock crack dents. The employees stated that in Texas it's ok to drive a car like that. My party noticed that most other customers were served before we were. They were took forever to process my paperwork. The two shuttle drivers were the only positive thing about this rental company.
8-17: Just received an invoice for tolls that amounted to under $4 but I was charged a $25 fee for each $1.88 toll. My bill was $62! They charged me $50 for tolls that I could not pay on my own. DO NOT USE THIS RENTAL COMPANY.

Biggest problem is their shuttle - you wait outside in the heat for a long time (30-40 minutes is not good business practice). We ended up taking a CAB to the car rental office. Then there was only one person waiting on customers, so the wait time was very very long.

The Nissan rogue that we picked up was beautiful very clean a very new car. I can’t complain about the car. I can’t complain about the service at the counter. The price was great even with the Sunpass. It turned out to be super cheep. The reason why I’m not giving them five stars is because I had to wait over 40 minutes for a bus shuttle from the airport to the car rental location. Other than that I really can’t complain about the service. The car was great.

My husband and I rented from Easirent May 20, 2026 the experience was the worst either of us has ever had with a rental company. They were rude, slow, unprofessional, lazy. I could go on and on. The car wasn't even cleaned. They nickel and dimed us to death. they made us get more insurance because they said the insurance they sell you is invalid with them. Then we drove the car 100 miles and the CVT and the check engine light came on. We parked it for 4 days. Trying to get them to come and get their can, but in the end they made us pay for the tow 100 miles back and then they gave us a replacement. Don't use them!

Extremely disappointing experience with Easirent.

I have rented cars from several companies, including at similar or even lower prices, and I have never been charged such excessive additional fees that were not clearly disclosed upfront.

If I had known about these charges before booking, I would never have rented from Easirent.

What makes this even worse is that after looking at other customer reviews, I found that unexpected and “hidden” extra fees appear to be a recurring complaint about this company.

The advertised price is not what you should expect to pay. In my experience, Easirent was far from transparent, and I would strongly recommend customers read the fine print and check every possible additional charge before booking.

I would not use Easirent again, and I would not recommend them.

Horrible - avoid at all costs. We rented through Priceline and ended up waiting a hour and ten minutes for a shuttle. Save your money and time and go with a different company. Totally rip off

Sorry this was s the worst place to rent a car, whatever the website will say the amount is doubled if not tripled, horrible service, everyone who walked into the office complained or cancelled their reservation which was also $60 to cancel. I paid online and they still charged me more at pick up. Anyone who hasn’t booked with them please DO NOT DO IT you will regret it for the rest of your life.
This company is a scam 💯.

I really wish I would have seen all the wonderful reviews before I made the mistake of renting from this company.
Expired registration but then lied to saying registration is up to date & told a verifying email would be sent immediately... never received anything other than a ticket for expired registration. Stacked up charges and, POOR customer service. Tried emailing customer service department to resolve these issues but received NO response other than it was being investigated, over 2 weeks ago. Will be contacting BBB & ANYONE else I can think of. NEVER AGAIN & HOPEFULLY THE NEXT PERSON WILL READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE BY RENTING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Stay far away. If I could leave zero I would. (Dallas/Love office) Tried to make us take a car with large crack in windshield. Then the next car they gave us (4-day rental) gave an engine warning light the 2nd day... had to have it towed. They would not supply a replacement unless i took an hour Uber to their office. Tried to get David their manager on the phone for a refund and he never works apparently. These people run a shoddy business. Look elsewhere for your car needs.

Highly not recomended. Unfortunately I rented from this company as it was $25 in total cheaper than the other once and I paid the price for that. The staff was very nice and helpful but the company send another toll charge 4 months later with added made up charges which I didn't agree on while my toll tag charged for the same period and vehicle. The vehicle was poorly maintained and not in great condition. I reached out to them multiple times, calls and email and no resolution.

The online advertising said ON SITE; at the airport... it was a DOUBLE shuttle which I was actively trying to avoid as I was traveling with my daughter alone. It took exceedingly long to rent the car once we finally got to the counter. They gave me the car half full so I had to guess when refueling. I will NEVER rent from this company again.

I would rate it nothing but I can't. We used this car rental service as a last minute decision. The person who helped us was professional however they never told us some key things. We were not told to take pictures or videos of the car before driving off the lot. The car had no gas when we received it and while driving it we had low tire pressure. The car was dirty and looked like it was given to us right after being dropped off by someone else. While cleaning it out to return we found trash from the prior occupant. When we dropped the car off they claimed that there was a chip in the windshield and asked us to sign for the damages. The chip was already there when we rented the car and because we didn't know we needed to take pictures they never recorded it when they did the last walk through before we rented it. After seeing past reviews there is a history of windshield damage being passed onto other customers and it seems this is a way for them to repurpose the issue to keep peoples deposits. I will be contacting the Nevada Attorney Generals Office, the federal General Attorneys Office, the fair trade commission and Better Business Bureau. They stated that an investigation would happen but we received nothing in regards to it except for the fact that they took the deposit out of my account. I hope everyone reading this does their research before going to this place to rent a car. If you have already done so and have had this kind of experience i recommend also alerting these agencies so they can be fully investigated. They say their deposit is $500 for locals but I have seen where is it is $250 and that is deposit they charged me, it almost seems like they are "helping you out" so you feel grateful and stay with them. We were given no information by the agent of what we needed to do when renting this car. We spent money on the empty tank, on air for the tires, and to clean the mess they never did. The car was dirty and now they are blaming us for a chip that was already there when we got the car.

The cars are great prices. They could be detailed better before you rent them. I always bring something to wipe things down with before I drive off and some hand sanitizer but I am OCD. Still love easierent. Easily best prices in town.
