Highly not recomended. Unfortunately I rented from this company as it was $25 in total cheaper than the other once and I paid the price for that. The staff was very nice and helpful but the company send another toll charge 4 months later with added made up charges which I didn't agree on while my toll tag charged for the same period and vehicle. The vehicle was poorly maintained and not in great condition. I reached out to them multiple times, calls and email and no resolution.

The online advertising said ON SITE; at the airport... it was a DOUBLE shuttle which I was actively trying to avoid as I was traveling with my daughter alone. It took exceedingly long to rent the car once we finally got to the counter. They gave me the car half full so I had to guess when refueling. I will NEVER rent from this company again.

I would rate it nothing but I can't. We used this car rental service as a last minute decision. The person who helped us was professional however they never told us some key things. We were not told to take pictures or videos of the car before driving off the lot. The car had no gas when we received it and while driving it we had low tire pressure. The car was dirty and looked like it was given to us right after being dropped off by someone else. While cleaning it out to return we found trash from the prior occupant. When we dropped the car off they claimed that there was a chip in the windshield and asked us to sign for the damages. The chip was already there when we rented the car and because we didn't know we needed to take pictures they never recorded it when they did the last walk through before we rented it. After seeing past reviews there is a history of windshield damage being passed onto other customers and it seems this is a way for them to repurpose the issue to keep peoples deposits. I will be contacting the Nevada Attorney Generals Office, the federal General Attorneys Office, the fair trade commission and Better Business Bureau. They stated that an investigation would happen but we received nothing in regards to it except for the fact that they took the deposit out of my account. I hope everyone reading this does their research before going to this place to rent a car. If you have already done so and have had this kind of experience i recommend also alerting these agencies so they can be fully investigated. They say their deposit is $500 for locals but I have seen where is it is $250 and that is deposit they charged me, it almost seems like they are "helping you out" so you feel grateful and stay with them. We were given no information by the agent of what we needed to do when renting this car. We spent money on the empty tank, on air for the tires, and to clean the mess they never did. The car was dirty and now they are blaming us for a chip that was already there when we got the car.

The cars are great prices. They could be detailed better before you rent them. I always bring something to wipe things down with before I drive off and some hand sanitizer but I am OCD. Still love easierent. Easily best prices in town.

Awful - car wasn’t there, no one answered the phone. A customer was trying to return his car and there was no one there and no where to drop off keys etc. got through to some very unhelpful and rude people who had no intention of helping us. In the end had to borrow a friends car and didn’t get a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Rent a car for 3 days, pick up the car late night. Did not record a video but took a picture for the gas level as well as any dents before we even drove the car. Along with the gas level there in the photo was some chips on the windsheild that was already there. When we went to return the car they insisted that I should pay for the chips on the windsheild even though I had proof they were already there before we drove the car.I dont recommend this rental business car they are scammer.

Price was too good to be true, I should have known better, we landed and had to wait for 30+ min to get a bus after watching every other shuttle show up multiple times, and that was just the beginning. We get to the Hilton and had a line there of 3 people which took us another 30min because its only 1 rep doing check ins.
Then I can hear the rep (who was actually cool) say "the gas tank is under a quarter of a tank, so you can bring it back empty" to the 3 people in front of us, I'm like how are they not putting gas in the damn near empty cars? And ofcourse he said the same to me.
He gives me an unwashed vehicle, with a low battery on the key alert and somebody left a tumbler cup and a receipt of some sort in the car, but at this point I just want to get my family to the destination, then I have a hold of $250 and $282 on my card from this place and I'm like what? But I don't complain and try and enjoy my trip.
Then the day before we are to leave to return home, the car we barley used on our way to get dinner for the kids before our reservations that we put a deposit down for to hold our spot, the car breaks down in the parking of the resort, engine malfunction...I'm like this cant be life, I called the 1-800 number and they sent me a number for road side assistance and told me to call them. I did and realized it wasnt even the company so what does that do for me and my rental other than get them their broken car back. So I tried the local number and called and called, got put on hold forever and then when I was caller number one time it just hung up on me. I didnt get thru to anybody until the car was headed to the location and I wanted to know what they were gonna do about my rental agreement since it definitely had been broken and it wasnt my fault at all, and to let them know the broken car was coming back on a tow truck. They offered me another car at 7:15 after my reservation passed and never mentioned a refund of any sort. I tried to remain calm and told them they haven't tried to do anything to make me want to use this company again and I would need some sort of money back since I lost a day and a half and they said they would expedite it with upper management and let them know...I have been home for 5 days now and I aint heard a word, got a email or anything from anybody.

This has been the worst rental car experience of my old ass life. My wife still pissed at me for being cheap. Hell I'm pissed at myself, and I'm not even a review type person but this is and was completely F*cked UP

Dacia sandero they gave me (Ford fiesta or similar) was covered in marks, missing cover for wing mirror and seats were pretty stained.

Too many dents and scratches to count during the sign off process. They managed to find a flappy bit of rubber on the tire which wasn't counted and they tried to charge me for. Luckily I took a full video of the vehicle and could point it out.

The spanish family who were returning their vehicle with a bit of sand on the back seat were not as lucky. They chose to drive off site to find a vacuum cleaner instead of paying the €100 they were looking to charge them.

terrible company. be prepared for additional fees when you arrive. total scam.

I was charged $250 for windshield damage even though I have video and photo evidence that the windshield was not damaged. After reading more reviews, I found out that this is a very common thing that they do at easirent. The whole operation was very unprofessional. The person doing the shuttles was rude and smoking a cigar in the vehicle. The person that rented me the car refused to come out and do the walk around before and after with me. I would give zero stars if that was possible. Please do not use this company in the Las Vegas area, use a more reputable well-known company.

Lady was very friendly at the front desk. Got my car no problems at all took about 10 minutes. Check out took 1 minute.Just have you return flight ready. Proof you have full coverage insurance. Other option buy there’s I think it’s $9 a day. If you live in the state your renting it from you are limited to 150 miles a day. Make sure you look over the car take pictures of everythig go back in and have her mark it down on the paper. That’s just to cover yourself

I found the agents to be helpful and pleasant. They answered all my questions and clarified any concerns.
I enjoyed renting from Easirent. I visit FL quite a bit and will rent from your company again. I also liked the pricing!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! my flight was delayed and wouldn’t arrive until after they were closes therefore they were not able to provide me with a vehicle forcing me to cancel the reservation. they refused to refund my money despite the fact that no where in the rental reservation did it say there was no cancellation or a deadline on cancelling - and I combed through the fine print. Not to mention it is impossible to get in touch with a live person on the phone. save your self the headache and rent elsewhere.

Horrible rental company , poor service, poor car conditions, limited miles given per day only 150 miles per day. You have to pay for additional miles. Don’t ever rent a vehicle from this rental company.

Great and easy transaction… I will definitely use the service again… they had me in and out no wait on the shuttle service. Though you did have to take 2 seperate shuttles. They were free!! Helped with my bags with Ice cold A/C! Don’t forget to tip ya drivers if they’ll helping you with your bags it’s common courtesy. Insurance was done through Priceline for $40 bucks extra can’t beat it. Will use this service again.

Never received the SUV vehicle I booked and paid for and was told a Nissan Altima was all they had. The CSR stated, all she could do was offer me; (to bring the car back half full) with no sympathy or understanding (the negative attitude was very prevalent). She was not sorry or understanding about the shortfall in fact, she was dismissive and cold throughout the entire check-in experience. Every other customer shared the same experience, They need customer service training and it comes from the top down! The branch manager was as noticeably unhelpful and reluctant as the CSR. It took me over 30 minutes waiting to just get to the counter and start the check-in process. They need to own their shortfalls and treat customers with respect and dignity! It was an awful experience that I will never repeat again. This is what I've learned from this awful experience.

The shuttle from the airport was smooth. Checking in and getting the car was relatively painless. The car was clean and ran amazingly.

I'm not sure if I actually needed to buy toll rd pass yhey talked me into at check in because I was mainly traveling through the Midlothian areas and on back roads.

At drop off in the morning, Tamara (I believe was her name), the front desk person, was very friendly and welcoming.

To start with the shuttle bus was late picking us up the second thing the counter lady refused to take my insurance after I showed her on the phone that I had it charge me with the insurance that they provide and said it was no problem. I could send it a copy of my insurance to the helpdesk and they would automatically deduct the insurance that she charged me for. I called the helpdesk and they said no once you leave the branch you have to go back there and make them do it well by this time I was already out of town so I couldn’t go back to the branch tried calling the branch. This is a joke if I call one time I called 50 times no one ever answered. I would never recommend this company for a rental vehicle. If I had checked their reviews out before using them I would’ve never used them in the first place then my credit card notified me today after I had returned the car in perfect condition. they filed a $250 deposit everyone on the review said it was over a month before they got their $250 deposit back from this company. If they prove me wrong I will redo this review and let people know but from all the reviews I’ve read that is not this companies intent
