Exceptional Service at Fair Prices
Year on year, through thick and thin, these guys have not only endured but have maintained the friendly, old-world customer service that is now sadly lacking across the 'pile them high, sell them fast' attitude in the industry. They excel at the nothing-is-to-much-trouble, 'I promise to phone you with an update on the delivery time' attitude AND they are able to do it at a consistently fair price across a fantastic range. Eastwood are hero's of the supply chain and we see them as strategic partners not vendors.

Great service and price. Ordered Danvici Resolve Studio after closing hours on last Friday and had an email response within 2 hours with the account code. I could get on right away installing the program and using it same evening. Wasn't expecting anything until the Monday. Lovely

I called ahead to make sure they had what I wanted. They checked, said yes, didn't try to push me into buying over the phone, and when I ordered (late afternoon) I got the order the next day. Will definitely buy from them again.

Within moments of my online purchase for studio resolve the key to activate was with me and I was up an running in no time. Four weeks later my system had a problem so a clone drive installed to get me up and running again when I discovered I lost my activation key. Richard was very kind to send me my activation code again, even though it was a weekend. I am most grateful. Many Thanks, Highly recommended.
