We had to clear out 40 years of living from my parents house and Mark was so helpful.
They returned a few times as we could not do everything in 1 day and I found them efficient and reliable.

My Mum‘s house need clearing after moving to sheltered accommodation. I do not live in the area and was recommended Easyclear by the estate agents. I gave David the key safe number to access the property. He went round immediately and gave me a quote which was very reasonable and approximately a week later the property was cleared of all items. David was very professional & trust worthy. I would definitely recommend.

This company was instructed to clear my father’s house, by the Legal Administrator, for which I had no control.
My father was an extreme hoarder, but much had been removed prior to Easy Clear being instructed.
They charged a whopping £8,160 and to date, despite several requests, cannot or will not give me a breakdown or explanation as to how/why the cost was so high.
They were instructed, as they are a “preferred contractor “ for the legal administrator, who has also declined to provide me with a breakdown!!
From this you can deduce your own findings.

I have requested this information numerous times from the "Legal Administrator" , as you are well aware, to no avail. This just compounds my suspicions.

I had been recommend Easyclear by a friend who had used them to clear out a flat.
My mother has gone into a nursing home so we needed to get her flat cleared, and I live in York. I spoke to David on Monday afternoon he went that evening to the flat and was able to give me a price then did the clear out the following morning!
It was reassuring to be working with a professional company. The flat was throughly cleared including the carpets.
The neighbours commented on how the communal parts were left spotless.
I can highly recommend David and his team.

Before enlisting the services of EasyClear, our family had spent some time organising the property (a lot of hoarded sentimental items from over the years). We were very saddened that we thought my great grandmother's ring had been lost.

Amazingly, Mark managed to find the ring in a place that we believed we had already searched - if it wasn't for his keen eye and truffle-finding like gift for noticing these things, our great grandmother's ring would have been lost forever.

I used EasyClear to clear a deceased relative's house, shed, garden, trim bushes back and to clean the house and they didnt disappoint. Absolute joke of a service advised via council from Harlow to stortford, my remover was called Jake Mitchell absolutely stunk of cannabis and kept staring at my 14 year old son traimatic experience DO NOT USE

2 lots of house clearance for my godmothers estate. EasyClear was the only company who responded to my enquiries during the covid period. They provided a first class service, including site visits to give accurate estimates. Both houses were cleared on time with no problems. In addition, David Hudson introduced me to a auction house who dealt with the listed items and a house auctioneer who was able to expedite the eventual house sales. Would recommend this company without reservation.
