Unfortunately, damaged on delivery.
The item turned up damaged. Something heard hit the box that the toast was in. One can only surmise it was possibly done in transit as I would hate to think anybody had sent a damaged item from the company itself. I have yet to bother pursuing the case directly as the dent in the toaster was minor, just disappointing when youâve spent the best part of £140 on a toaster. The toaster itself is excellent. And I cannot fault the speed in which it was sent out to me. I will use this company again. Just fingers crossed, you find a better courier.
