The shed itself is about 8.5/10. The supplied self tapping screws are very average, and experienced difficulties in fixing the roof to the walls.

Overall quite happy with the shed.

I haven’t received my item as yet as I only ordered a few days ago but I needed to give a review for the amazing customer service. I ordered a dog kennel on Wednesday, and then noticed on Friday that it had gone on sale for $43 cheaper than what I paid. I decided to just reach out to easyshed and see if there was anything they could do for me. My enquiry was given to Kimmy, who immediately reached back out and said they would process a refund for the $43 right away. Kimmy was so helpful and wonderful, and I was so impressed by how quickly they jumped in to help make up the difference in sale price. I will definitely shop with this company again, it’s so wonderful to see their integrity and devotion to their customers!

I would happily pay more $$ to NOT use Easyshed – Your business is a direct reflection of you.
Easyshed is a misnomer; there is nothing easy about them.
Lengthy wait times from ordering, manufacturing, to delivery (15 business days).
Delivery of very large carboard packages, each weighing about 65Kg! Oh, by the way, they wont place the delivery anywhere where a step or stairs are involved, you have to struggle those 65kg boxes by yourself.
Open the boxes to find! Yes, you guessed it damaged panels. Its it worth contacting customer suport?
I have to add here that customer support is actually great, they answer reasonably promptly and can offer actual help! Keep that up. But, whats the point of calling them about damaged panels.... wait another 15 days for a replacement panel?
Oh don't forget the abusive delivery guys, looking at you Matt.
Also dont forget they have zero ability to handle a legitimate and verifiable compliant; Craig Suggate the CEO does not bother to reply to emails about his employees. Absolute mahbals.

Kimmy did an amazing job. I haven't bought the shed I'm at the stage of working out the slab with my concreter. I needed specs for the size, specs etc. and this was provided immediately. This looked like the shed I wanted and with the help I got it confirmed this is the one to go with. Will be putting in the order once we have the slab sorted.

The sheds look amazing on the website, and the price is good, but be warned: putting it together is an absolute nightmare!!!

Yes you get instructions however you are basically just buying a stack of metal sheets and left completely on your own to figure it all out. Unless you're a pro with tools (and have a few full days spare), it’s going to be difficult.

For something called EasyShed, this was anything but.

I was after installation instructions prior to receiving the garden shed I ordered so I flicked off an email late in the day. To my pleasant surprise, Ady from Easy Sheds had a very polite and professional reply in my email soon after with the install instructions. Great customer service!

I chose an Easy Shed garden locker because they make it in Australia from Australian steel. They are also very competitive on price and super easy to deal with.

Started Assembling the shed after we finished Reno. Only to find out side panels were missind from package. Had to buy panels else where and finish. They have only 5 days policy for missing parts. They can send y empty box for 100s of dollars if u don’t open in 5 days.Fraudsters. Instructions did not line up with what i had. Very flimsy bad product. They just type email with same message they want to help. But only offer discount for the next product u buy from them. Don’t care about your current purchase. Reported to ACCC. Filed. Complaint with nsw fair trading. Do not buy this shed. All I want is my missing panel.
