Mich was very helpful, solved my problem.

I'm old school & prefer phone contact, however tried the chat link & dealt with Ryan, who patiently handled my questions through to purchase, thank you again Ryan.

Ryan understood the delivery complications and took the right action. Excellent service.

Ryan was very responsive online and to emails. Giving me answers to every question I threw at him.

I sent an enquiry on Sunday and didn’t expect a response outside of normal working hours. Ryan not only responded promptly, he answered all my questions and made ordering simple and seamless.

DO NOT BUY HERE!! The parts do no fit. I am giving up on the bike shed after almost one year. In the original packaging, the right side wall arrived scratched. I complained and received a bit of touch up paint. Upon subsequent assembly, this part also turned out to be a couple of cm too high and did not fit the rest of the shed. After some back and forth, Easyshed sent me a replacement part which turned out to be about 30 (thirty!!) cm too small. I complained again, and after more discussion, they sent another replacement part, which turned out to be the mirror image (the other side panel) in spite of extremely clear instructions and photos sent by me. We are almost one year down the track now, and the debris of this shed are clogging my small storage space. Conclusion: these guys are unable to cut parts according to dimensions. The parts SIMPLY DO NOT FIT TOGETHER. This is now a pile of trash for scrap metal.
