Ryan was exceptionally helpful - patient with my very basic questions, generous with his time and knowledgeable on how he could help me. It was a relief to get through to an actual human being straight away, rather than having to thread my way through a phone maze. This sort of individual customer service is a rare and beautiful thing. EasyShed deserves to prosper.

I have just ordered a shed through Ryan, who gave me (the most amazing actually), excellent customer service! Truly, I was hunting around trying to make sure I knew what I was doing but once I connected with Ryan it was just effortless. I now have the right shed, appropriate fixings and absolutely all the documentation and diagrams necessary to get this certified and the correct slab laid.

It is unusual in this day and age to get such excellent service and I must congratulate Ryan. I hope nothing ever dampens your wonderful attitude. Thank you!

I purchased my second shed from Easyshed because the quality and range is great. The service from Ryan was excellent, as was really accommodating with my special request.

🚨 WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM EASYSHED 🚨
False advertising. Poor quality. Zero accountability.
To anyone considering purchasing from EasyShed, I strongly urge you to reconsider. I bought a shed on 14 May 2025 for $864, and the entire experience has been a nightmare. Despite their claims of "precisely made" and "easy as" products, the shed I received was neither precise nor easy.
🔧 Major issues include:
• Panels not cut correctly and don’t fit brackets/braces as per instructions
• No panel labels, despite instructions referring to them
• Roof panels leave large gaps – will not be waterproof
• Panels bend when rivets are drilled due to no pre-drilled holes
My son, who is both a qualified electrician and experienced handyman, confirmed that the shed is poorly manufactured and not fit for purpose.
Their customer service (Thalia) admitted their sheds allow 5–10mm variation, but the panels we received were 25mm out — and that’s apparently "acceptable"! 🤯
I asked for a refund or replacement — was told no, because all the panels are like this. They’ve refused to honour their advertising claims or consumer rights.
I’ve now lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria, as this is a clear breach of:
📌 Section 54 (Acceptable Quality)
📌 Section 55 (Fitness for Purpose)
📌 Section 260 (Major Failure – misleading product claims)
I’ve since discovered many other customers reporting the same issues. This is not a one-off — it's a systemic quality issue they continue to deny and ignore. I encourage anyone who has bought a shed from this company to complain to their state Consumer Affairs as I have been informed that an investigation will only occur if all of us report our issues.
🛑 Don’t be fooled by their marketing. If you’re looking for quality, customer support, or a product that meets basic expectations, stay far away from EasyShed.

The ai chat on the website, followed by my contact with the human agent Mich was seamless and very easy. Would highly recommend dealing with easy shed based on my current experience.

We have not yet received the shed and fittings so I can not rate the product yet.

I made an error with my purchase that needed to be corrected and then shipping recalculated. Ryan responded promptly and communicated clearly. He made all changes and I am very confident that everything is in order. Thank you Ryan.

I placed my shed order early this morning and was impressed by how smooth the process was. Later I saw the EOFY flash sale offering free accessories, and Ryan responded instantly to my enquiry — adding three accessories to my order without fuss. Great deal, fantastic service. The live chat is monitored by a robot at the first place. Later Ryan jumped in to help and answer all my questions and help me through the checkout. Even after I submitted my order, he was still helping me to update my order. Thank you very much Ryan and your quick response for me to catch up the EOF sale deal.

Mich was very helpful & quick with responding to my query.
I like that EasyShed offer 2 heights for the sheds & are Australian made. Unfortunately, the adjustments I need to make (to fit next to a hot water unit) may make the shed purchase price & install cost too expensive (even with the sale price). I only have maximum 1.4m width available & not much more depth space. The other sheds I can find are too thin for the things I want to store in there.
