Iâve had a really Extremely Disappointed: Filters Failed Early and No Support from New OwnershipâŠ
Iâve had a really frustrating experience with my Reverse Osmosis system from Easy Water, now owned by Watts Water. Not only did my whole-house water filtration system fail originallyâsomething they eventually replaced after a lot of hassle and expense on my partâbut the RO system I has been a constant problem. The filters, which should last a year, only last about 1.5 months. Although they initially provided a few free replacement filters, I requested a full system replacement and coverage for a plumber to install it, given the ongoing issues.
Now that Watts Water owns Easy Water, theyâve told me they wonât replace any more filters and donât plan to help further. This entire ordeal has been incredibly time-consuming and costly, and Iâm extremely disappointed in the lack of long-term support. Iâm giving them 1 star.
