Eazy heat レビュー

Excellent service. Craig was very helpful and has vast knowledge of boilers. He was able to share al information on the types of boiler. He put my mind at rest as my boiler broke fown and needed a new boiler. This was a quick process. I only enquired on Monday and Wednesday the boiler was installed.
Thanks to Craig and Mark who completed the installation. Mark was very professional , friendly and helpful. He completed the job within agreed time. He cleared everything and cleaned. I am very grateful for all the work.
Well done easyheat. I would recommend you without even thinking.

Craig and his team have been excellent through out the whole process I called on the wednesday and the boiler was fitted on the Saturday. We had a small issue with the boiler and Craig came over himself to have a look and get it all working correctly a long journey from Wale s to Birmingham but nothing was too much trouble a real family orienatated business and cheaper than any other quote I had. A big thank you from our family to yours. Have a lovely Christmas

First class experience from beginning to end. The price was the best I could find and the service and advice were first rate.
We wanted the boiler in a rush and Craig went the extra mile to move things around to get us a boiler fitted the next day.
Mark, the installer, was also excellent. Like Craig, he was friendly, helpful and professional.
We were more than happy with the whole process.
Thanks guys.

Craig and team were professional and perfect throughout. Initially I was sceptical about Eazyheat as they were one of the cheapest I had found online but the reviews are true and they really are perfect tradesmen's. Clean, Polite and thorough. Thankyou!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough! I have no experience of heating systems at all, Craig was helpful and responded to my many emails within minutes. The installation team worked diligently and ensured everywhere was clean before leaving. Craig gave a follow up call to check i was satisfied with the service and offered future support should I need it. The whole process was seamless, and I am an extremely happy customer.

Eazyheat was the right choice for a new boiler, the price was good and they sent Joe an affable happy efficient chap.

I do recomment this company for straightforward dealings.

Found eazy heat upon Facebook and gave them a ring. Craig was amazing from start to finish. Made everything so easy from start to finish. Engineer turned up upon the day on time and installed the boiler. I went with easy heat because they can offer an extended parts and labour warranty upon the boiler which was far greater than most offered by other company’s. Highly recommend them. Great price too compared to other company’s. Free detailed quotes with options of a choice of boilers helped with my choice with the choice of timer controls and filters. Would definitely use them again.

Fantastic from start to finish. Organising my boiler replacement with Craig was smooth and stress free as was the work being done by Joe. Hard working genuine people and at the best price I could find, can't go wrong.

Craig from Eazyheat was brilliant from start to finish. After searching the Internet for different quotes and advice, Eazyheat came out best . Took a low deposit, not pushy and communicated all the way.
Had the boiler fitted on Saturday by a guy called Simon through Eazyheat, who were so nice and professional, again from start to finish.

We are very happy with our new boiler and would highly recommend .

Excellent service, despite some unforeseen delays in full central heating and boiler installation.

Craig and team at Eazyheat were fantastic from start to finish. Professional job at realistic prices.

Having just moved house and finding an inefficient twenty year old boiler installed I requested a number of quotes from different companies. Craig's communication was excellent from start to finish, providing clear detailed quotes on a variety of boilers. Having selected the boiler we wanted we then decided to enquire about replacing some old radiators and installing TRV's - again Craig was swift with the quotes and very competitive. On the day the two lads who carried out the work were, friendly, clean and tidy and did a great job! Craig called in to check all was ok and rang again the following day to check we were happy and explain the warranty process. Overall an excellent experience - thanks again!

Excellent communication and service. Priced well too. Would definitely use them again. Seems to be one of those rare trade companies you can trust. Joe who installed the boiler was a wonderful guy who went above and beyond to explain and do things correctly.

A big thank you for making our new boiler replacement an easy transaction, Craig was a great advisor on our options. We got two lovely fitters mark & daz who worked tirelessly all day on the job, they were immaculately tidy and professional.

Craig was very helpful talking us through our options tailored to our needs. Joe the installer was fantastic - the install was not straight forward and Joe went above and beyond to make sure we were happy before he left. You could tell Joe really takes pride in his work. Eazyheat offer a more personal service then the bigger companies and in my experience for better value.

Although we didn’t get the boiler exchanged as we have put Craig off several times I’d like to say if you are looking for a genuine company with its customers interest’s put first this is the one.
The cost and level of service is five star
Thank you Craig will be in touch as soon as it’s a good time for us

Fantastic job from Joe and Craig. Thankyou very much. Very efficient, helpful and cleared up afterwards. A really good price too. Saved me lots of money compared to other quotes. Would definitely use again.

We had a combi boiler fitted recently. Due to the age of the old boiler it looked like it would be really difficult to install, however after reviewing the situation Joe the engineer came up with a plan to install. It took longer than expected but Joe came back to ensure everything was completed and working properly. Overall I was very impressed with Joes work, he removed all rubbish and cleaned everything once done. Craig from Easyheat made a follow up call to go through warranty info and to let us know if we need any help with anything they would be there for us. Great service and we are now happy to have hot water👍👍👍 would highly recommend.

Right from the off it was very easy to order the correct combination boiler with a quotation to supply and install. Spoke to Craig from EazyHeat to confirm the order and install date, he was very helpful.
The boiler engineer was very experience and made sure he carried out all the initial checks be for install. The install and commissioning of the boiler went very well and all relevant documentation was handed over plus a safe gas check and certificate was carried out. The site was cleared of all old materials.
Craig gave myself a follow-up call to make sure I was happy with the job and explained the next steps regarding warranty and other relevant documentation that will be sent to me. The warranty will be for 10 years.
I would totally recommend EazyHeat.

Fabulous service from Craig who visited to view the boiler replacement in our old property, which was not quite as straightforward as just a simple replacement. Craig was professional, knowledgeable and quickly sorted out which boiler would work with our setup. He arranged the fitting very quickly as we needed the boiler urgently. Joe the engineer worked tirelessly to fit the boiler, pump and new controls and did not leave until he was completely satisfied that everything worked well and the job was completed to his high standard. Craig was available to answer questions both before and after fitting, his communication is excellent and returns calls very quickly. I cannot fault this company and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new boiler.
