First rate service from Lee at ECBS.
Various issues with energy suppliers from changing to new one to faulty meter readings dealt with by Lee so i don't have to!

This is my first time dealing with ECBS.
My two previous brokers were just going through the motions and one of them I had to remind to get renewal quotes!
Beverley has been brilliant and set up two accounts for me - couldn't be happier with the results

I dealt with Michael and to be honest he went above and beyond, assisted me with something that wasn't what he had originally dealt with and saved me a massive headache. Michael got me a refund on my bill and sorted the DD out, again which was not what Michael dealt with initially. always helpful always willing and definitely went out of his way to help me. Great guy to deal with, couldn't have asked for anything more.

Received informative and incisive service from Ross Anderson through his leg work he was able to demonstrate with our usages what providers and rates were best suited for us and also indicate expenditure forecast on a vital part of any business budget

Ross was amiable and helpful with every question I asked. He went the extra mile to sort out the changeover on our new unit which the utility people made a mess of.

James has been extremely proactive in coming to us with his expert knowledge with solutions to issues which has allowed us as a business to make savings and position ourselves positively for future endeavours.

Very knowledgeable and proactive. Graham who has been brokering for us is really helpful and gives us lots of information in layman's terms. Client care continues to a high standard even after they have our business. Attention to detail is first class.

Very helpful and easy

As a business we get several calls a day trying to sell electricity but we always refuse the call. For some reason the day that Declan called I took the call and I expect that was because of his friendly, chatty nature. I am glad I took the call as he has gone beyond just a sales person and we have found him to be extremely helpful and efficient. He has also taken on the process of sorting a very large bill, on our behalf, from another energy company that I have been trying to sort for several years and has highlighted two other bills where we have overpaid £000’s over the previous three years.

It is because of Declan’s friendly, extremely efficient nature and the fact that he is saving us a fair amount of money that we have put our trust in ECBS and signed a five year contract. Even after signing the contract his efficiency has not wavered.
