Had a phone call regarding a mortgage I had enquired about due to my age, it all took off from there. Absolutely brilliant service, sorted everything out including life insurance and got the best mortgage deal on the market. Would 100% recommend them to anyone. Manju Rajput was fantastic.

I am extremely happy with the service that I received. Shaun was so helpful, explaining everything really clearly, setting out my options and helping me to find the best deal. Communication was great throughout the process and it went very smoothly. When a better rate became available at the last minute, Shaun got in touch and made sure I got the lower rate. He really went the extra mile and I'm very grateful.

Echo finance are always on the ball. I have used them several times over quite a few years and their high standards are still apparent today.

Having used several brokers/advisors over many years I have to say that Echo stand out head and shoulders above all others. John was helpful and knowledgeable. His attention to detail and determination to get everything lined up before the application went in meant the lender had all the information they needed with few queries to answer later saving time and potentially stress. John was helpful and supportive throughout the process. I would have no hesitation recommending Echo.

Echo finance have been incredible throughout the whole process. Manju Rajput has handle our mortgage application from the very beginning and although the first property fell through she was there on hand to pick us up and keep moving forward. We couldn’t thank her enough for all she’s done for us!

Cannot speak highly enough of Roshan Percy and Echo Finance. Roshan demonstrated great knowledge of the products available and was incredibly diligent throughout, helping me navigate potential pitfalls and always providing a solution to any of my queries.

Moreover, his personal touch and attentiveness deserve high praise. His response times at weekends, bank holidays and evenings made me feel incredibly valued. His support during some personal setbacks at my end, were appropriate, appreciated and showed a an excellent level of customer care.

The mortgage advisor Shehnaz was amazing helped me through the full process and made it very easy for me, she accommodated to me and supported with everything that was required. Definitely recommend especially as first time buyer.

Fantastic Service, Dave went above & beyond… Couldn’t recommend Them enough☺️

My partner and I recently moved home after a tumultuous year in which the sale of our previous home collapsed and securing a mortgage for our new home was problematic. To say it was stressful is an understatement! However, Liam K at Echo finance helped us out tremendously at every step of the way, going above and beyond to help us secure our mortgage. He was patient with our inquiries, replied to us in a speedy fashion and was always friendly and personable whilst maintaining a high degree of professionalism. We would definitely recommend him to others. Thank you Liam.

Our only criticism (and why this isn’t 5 stars) would be our dealing with Sort Legal which is the legal firm recommended to us by Echo finance. In hindsight we would have used a different solicitors.

Throughout my mortgage process, Shenaz handled everything very efficiently. She provided much needed advice and information, making it all easy to understand, without the jargon.

Manju from Echo Finance has been absolutely amazing. She walked me through a complex remortgage, tirelessly exploring options and explaining and reassuring me as we went along. I was out of options with all other brokers but she found a way. Eternally grateful.

Excellent!! We had put off applying for a mortgage, mainly due to age and couple of other reasons, but after speaking to David at Echo finance, something we thought was the impossible was actually now in reach. Within a very short time, we had our mortgage in principle, pit.in an offer which was accepted, then received our mortgage offer!
He talked us through everything we needed to get together and nothing was too much trouble.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage.
