I ordered a phone to which they sent me the wrong colour and then said it was human error. Do not recommend

I couldn't sleep, so looked for eclipse Technology.
Obviously, I was scammed.
Kogan, please, I can't just overlook it.
I going to the police station or maybe not, but I’ll cost you a lot of money of course.
So I'm ask about eclipse Technology, absolutely horrible and brutal.
Other people said that being scammed, I will send pictures!
Sorry about that, I’m so stupidest. Why? Ask eclipse Technology. I’m already ask request that about my phone.
I’m not going payment it. Obviously, because I didn't get my Samsung phone.
Whatever it is, a lot of issued with my phone!
I'm done. Whether it is with Toll and Eclipse Technology. Already I requested that.
Again, I already got evidence.
Toll and eclipse Technology will responsible it.

They waited almost 2 weeks and received the damaged iPad without charger for $200 .
It was supposed to be demo not damaged.
Now I can’t find their contact details.
Scammers for sure..

I have below concerns with the product :
1. This device contain dead pixel in screen.
2. Charger and cable is of bad quality, and doesn't support fast charging.
3. Charger and cable is not original google product.

Faulty phone turned up and now they are refusing to fix it.

Taking them to accc. Watch this space.

These guys are a bloody joke! I want my money back!! Scammers!!!! I brought an Ipad, it turned up without a charger, and it doesnt even charge after buying a new charger! Looks like I will never see my $200 again. I have a very disappointed daughter, as it was a birthday present. STAY AWAY these guys are S**T!

I ordered a oneplus 8 from kogan, my experience had been great with Eclipse BT Technology. There was some delay in the shipping, however their customer service team was very prompt in responding to my emails.

After reading all these reviews I was extremely nervous after I already brought a phone from this company through Kogan. I order a space grey phone and a silver phone was delivered (which wasn't a big deal). It arrived in a crappy box, not a genuine apple box with just a cable in it from who knows where. The phone was dead when it first arrived, however, after charging it for a bit it seems to all work fine. For the price, I'm very happy with the quality of the phone, there was no damage what so ever. If you're going to order from them just make sure you do your research!

wouldn't even give them 1 star. Bought through kogan, the phone is coming from hong kong if I had of known that I would not have purchased it. Gave me a tracking number through toll turns out it's not even coming from toll, i have waited nearly 3 weeks with it saying it's still in Hong Kong. So disappointed

Atrocious dealing with these guys. Unfortunately Kogan let anyone sell through their site and then don’t even assist when the item does not arrive. Biggest regret ordering from them. Phone never arrived

$55 restock fee for a iPad, ripoff ! No mention of Apple don't do software updates for iPad 4 anymore, so can't get apps !

Faulty phone arrived, returned, weeks later still waiting on refund, they are saying they cant find a fault which is absolute crap, we couldnt even finish the set up of it. Now trying to charge a $55 restock fee, so going to be sold onto the next person to receive the faulty samsung galaxy s8. I'm fuming

Not even worth a star, terrible service. 8 months later they still have my faulty on arrival phone and are trying to charge me to fix it or $50 to return it unfixed

STAY AWAY from Eclipse BT Technology! I bought a new IPhone from DickSmith which ended up being throughKogan which ended up being through Eclipse. SCAMMERS! Was sent a new iPhone that was dead on arrival. Contacted them immediately for a replacement. Eclipse used delay tactic after delay tactic. Took over 40 emails and two months to get a replacement. No phone support just emails with some guy called Daniel. I looked up a Company by same name and spoke with a staff Member called Daniel who denied it was the same company. Kogan and DickSmith tell you they are following up and do NOTHING to help. Disgusting unethical practice. Save yourself the agony and buy from someone who answers a phone.Promised me return postage to return the dead phone and never got that either. They are likely selling that to someone else right now.

I wouldn't even give eclipse 1 star. I was sold a dodgy phone and it has been three months and I still haven't gotten it back.

Beware and don’t buy from this company. iPhone 8 touched water briefly and then didn’t work as the seal is faulty but this company will not replace the faulty product because it’s water even though apple have an ip rating on the ph.
Having to get the ombudsman involved to recoup costs.
Rude arrogant staff.

I had to put a star but I would not trust this company at all and would stay from the Kogan and the Market place seller Eclipse BT Technology.

I purchased an iphone 7s in March and returned the item within 5 days using the 14 days Peace of Mind Policy.
The phone was overheating and started hanging/freezing while I was setting up the phone preferences.
It has been 3 months now and I have not received my refund at all.

I have to pay interest on my Credit Card and I have had to write about 100 emails responding to their help desk.

3 months later, I am still no closer to receving my money back.

i had to put a star but its not worth a star eclipse technology i had the most incredible treatment they have sold me a broken i pad and no service no way of help and try to make me feel stupid, and i am taking them to VCAT they refuse to let me have a telephone number so i cant communicate they send me standard emails 3 weeks have gone by 439.00 paid and it doesn't work and they refuse to acknowledge at all there is a problem

I have recently moved away from Eclipse to BT. Their customer service was getting worse. They left me without broadband for two weeks when I moved home and it was all their fault - a long list of errors that took ages to sort out. No apology until I wrote a complaint. Used to be a good company when they operated out of Exeter but now have now regard for their residential customers.
