The quote for eco-insulating two small walls and a floor was huge. For this sum I assumed that the work would be done swiftly and perfectly. The weather slowed the work, but there were problems with communication and quality.
Most importantly, the seals were not intact, when we were aiming for airtightness. The craftsmen were tidy and polite, but had not left the walls and ceiling in a finished state. They had to return to finish the floor seals and to make good. Very, very disappointed with this company.

Adam and his team designed and installed a natural insulation solution for our Victorian house. He really understands air tightness and cold bridging and ecological construction methods. I had really been struggling to find a builder who was willing to install anything other than insulated plasterboard, and I wanted to use lime plaster and breathable natural insulation products that worked well with a period property.
Adam Iles and Eco-Renovation UK provided an amazing service, travelling from Hemel Hempstead to Southampton with his team. The cost was very reasonable too. He combines his knowledge with efficiency and cheerfulness, and simply gets on with the job without fuss and with cost savings always in mind. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend Eco-Renovation if you are looking for specialist insulation works using an ecological construction.
