They are nice and serviceable at the beginning and send us attractive quotations for fulfillment, and once we moved stock to their warehouse, they tripled the prices. Furthermore, the same contact person became litigious, forcing us into endless and sterile chats. We finally had to pay to recover our goods. What we got out of ecommerce-express.com is only headaches, loss of time and negative energy. Avoid.

For transparency, we would like to clarify that the shipping quotation initially provided was clearly stated as an estimate, based on the product dimensions and weight information supplied to us.
Your products required additional protective packaging due to their fragile nature, which significantly increased the final package volume. As standard in international logistics, shipping costs are calculated based on volumetric weight, which resulted in a higher final freight cost quoted by the carrier.
When you decided not to proceed with the shipment at the carrier’s quoted rate, we offered you the option to collect the goods instead. The only costs charged were the basic operational costs already incurred (receiving, packing, and transport to the freight forwarder), which were clearly itemized in the invoice and paid before the goods were released.
We always aim to operate transparently and professionally, and we remain happy to provide documentation of the full timeline of events if needed.
