Such an easy process and great value too.

Almost impossible to get in touch let alone get a reply. I’ve been trying for months to get hold of someone to talk to but no luck!

Easy as, quick as

I have had repeated messages totally ignored, no-one answers any Chat Messages, it is so frustrating. Registering companies and business names is serious business and any company that is in this space should communicate with their customers, e-companies don't honour that commitment. I have dealt with them since 2015 and it was never like that. Maybe they have new owners who simply don't care?

I've contacted them numerous time via email and didn't receive any response. Their website doesn't seem to be working. Are they even for real?

We were sent a renewal email when we are no longer hosted with Ecompanies. This is confusing for staff and unprofessional.

Answers questions and provides deed in various file types. great.

When renewing I also emailed eCompanies requesting some specific information (basic stuff) and asked for the appropriate info to be emailed. Hitherto there has not been anything back in response from eCompanies. So they takes ya money, but doesn't complete their part of the bargain, so to speak! Bad!

As always, just easy..

First ordered a Company for a client on 13/12/22. After numerous message through the online system, and finally contacting Infotrack several times (holding Company - call them if you are stuck even though their customer service is almost as appalling), client received their hard documents without signature last week of January 2023. Requested for Infotrack to contact me on several 3 occassions and they never returned the call. Was emailed tracking information to which it showed as delivered to Wentworth Point, NSW - client is in the Northern Territory. Will never order from them again, and have never had such a terrible experience.

Really well set up and organized and the price is GOOD

I use this service all the time and its so good.

The registration process was seamless. The document presentation is better than another one I used. Only let down by a question I emailed prior to incorporation which was never answered. But no big deal because I found out myself later.

Quick turn around, name transfer issue dealt with & company established with little drama.

I used ecompanies to register my company, business name and domain. Everything was straight forward and I received prompt registration confirmation.
I highly recommend this online service.
