I will be buying from this seller again! He contacted me right away with progress of shipment and i received it in a timely manner.

Edit- they claimed that they took the listing down and they have not. I also reached out to paramount and they confirmed that they have never licensed this movie to be published in a physical format. They confirmed it is a counterfeit as they have never produced it in a DVD or blue ray disk.

I will never use or recommend ecreater to anyone. Everytime I look them up its nothing but scam stories.

I made a purchase that was advertised as new. When I received the product not only was it not new, it was a counterfeit bootleg copy. Customer service is impossible to get in contact with. I reached out to the seller and they acknowledged that it was a fake copy and refused to give me a refund.

I reached out to paypal with all of my evidence and they immediately sided with me and processed my refund.

Ive now thrown the product in the trash so it cant be used to scam again. The original seller is now threatening legal action because of the refund. They are also harassing me by email repeatedly trying to intimidate me. This was my first time using this website and ill now never attempt to use it again.

Beware, stay away from ecrater. After doing more research ive found that this is a normal occurrence in general but extremely bad with entertainment products like dvds.

It’s been over a week I haven’t even received a tracking number?? This isn’t good service actually TERRIBLE! I want my money back asap! Worst experience ever!!

Actually I rate a Zero. I have been scammed through this website. I ordered and paid for a toy from David Nyugen and was told it was out of stock after he took my money. I have tried to contact him and he has not replied. DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!

Was sent fake shoes from a “company” selling on this website. I contacted ecrater and asked for a refund. They replied and said to ask the seller for a refund which they of course didn’t do. I then emailed ecrater asking if they would do anything about the scammers on their website and they never responded. The seller is still allowed on their website as of today. Stay far away from ecrater.

I would not even give a single star but this place is a SCAM!! don’t waste your money here. My seller is somewhere in China. I did not know but they took my money and never delivered anything. Complained to the person running this site and no answer!!! What a shit show

My first experience using eCRATER: I ordered a Blu-ray box set from a third party seller. It was very rare and impossible to find elsewhere, so I proceeded with caution. I first contacted the seller and asked lots of questions. The seller was very responsive and was willing to customize the order. International shipping took a while, but I had a working tracking number. The package arrived without damage. The Blu-ray discs were in new condition and played on my Region 1 Blu-ray player. I would buy from eCRATER again (or at least, from this specific seller).

I was forced to give them a star or else I would no have been able to write a review. Today is 11/7/25, I ordered merchandise from these people on the 9/28/25. After several unanswered emails I had to contact PayPal. Deal with them at your own risks.

Never received the product or any track or shipment verification. No response from emails to seller until I filed a complaint. They claimed to have sent a replacement, but never provided any proof it was ever sent. Stay far away from this site.

Great communication, Quick shipping, Amazing products. Worms doing great. (Got food) Anxious to plant these unique seeds in the spring. Also got Sourdough starter. I've been looking for that. Mad river seeds sent a personal note with the package. That was cool. Thanks for the experience.

Seller never delivered on a book purchase. Two follow-up messages that they failed to respond to my inquiry. No doubt...a SCAM.

Seller follow-up is not true. On 8/26 I received a request to rate my transaction, and PayPal sent a tracking for package.

Addendum to seller's 7:40 reply. If a link was sent, then what evidence is there that it was received and opened? You ignored both of my inquiries of 9/14 and 9/22. Only when a review was submitted did you decide to defend your position.

I would have put zero stars but that was not an option. I ordered through Ecrater to purchase a DVD. They used a company called Xumingtaini. I ordered the DVD on 27 June and on 28 June Xumingtaini took my money. I didn't hear anything else for a month so I started making inquiries. ECrater is obviously a fraud site because they would not provide a phone number to contact anyone. When you try to talk on their chat, the AI sends you to another site and asks you for $5 to enroll you so you can speak to someone. Get that, 5 bucks just to talk to someone when it should be free??!! The AI said I should contact the seller directly and sent me to that portal. I send three portal requests asking for status and never got a response - 3 months and nothing! They got my money and I got no DVD - Fraud!! Do Not buy from ECrater because they obviously don't monitor who their contractors are, nor to they care about any fraud that goes on when using the Ecrater site. Thank you for sending me the notification that the package was delivered. Unfortunately, it was not delivered to me. One of my neighbors is enjoying the movie. This kind of prompt response would have been helpful 3 months ago is the seller had answered Any of the 3 status requests I sent. Maybe back 3 months ago I could have actually retrieved my DVD. 3 months later I have Zero chance of seeing it. No customer service from the seller.
