Carol helped me to choose the correct scooter for me her customer service was outstanding very polite caring kind absolutely a geat asset to your company

Nothing is a trouble to Carole and Georgia. Visited the store twice to try a powered wheelchair. The operation of the chair was demonstrated on each occasion so when I purchased the chair I was confident that I could operate the chair properly. Only two days between purchase and delivery. Could not ask for better.

I visited the Cramlington store to try out two powered wheelchairs I’d seen online. I was met and assisted by the really helpful Carol, who did a fabulous job of demonstrating the two models and I tried them both out. From decision to delivery took just a few days and Jonathan brought the new chair to my home, ready to use. He was an excellent coach and helped me navigate our steep (ish) drive and pavement cambers. My handover lesson was excellent. Altogether the Eden team have been simply amazing and I would recommend Eden to anybody considering any mobility equipment. Well done Eden Team, you’ve been superbly professional and confidence building in all the support you have given me. Thank you, Paul W

I use a manual wheelchair.
Whilst visiting Cramlington with my Mum, we came across the Eden Mobility store & instantly saw a range of products that interested us. I have been thinking about getting an additional powered chair to assist when needed & enable me to mobilise various activities that I currently cannot manage without lots of additional help.
Until now we’ve not fully been able to find out enough or trial various options to enable making a choice. Aided by the amazing Georgia H who engaged fully with our needs & desires, we were able to gain a better understanding of what was available & an in-depth exploration of different variables and features of various available devices.
Having been able to narrow the choices down to 2 possibilities, I was then able to try the contenders to assess how they functioned & manoeuvred. This allowed me to realise what would work best for us.
A big THANKS to Georgia for all her knowledge, help & assistance which enabled us to make an informed & suitable purchase of my first ever electric wheelchair. What will be an exciting game changer to my future journey.

This is the second time we have visited the Cramlington branch with my elderly father. We have spoken to Carol on both occasions & asked advice. During this visit she remembered us from our previous visit & enquiries. We purchased two pieces of equipment (a chair & a bed) & we can't praise the support provided by both Carol & Georgia enough. Thank you.

I was in the NE on holiday and dropped in to the Cramlington shop on spec. Extremely helpful staff (Carol +). I have used a mobility scooter for years but never a powerchair. I was able to take 2 powerchairs out and around the shopping centre to see what I thought and make a choice. I did and although it took a little longer than hoped (nearly 3 weeks) for delivery to the other end of the country, all went very well. Worth 5 starts

Visited the shop in Cramlington and spoke to Georgia.
She was lovely and friendly. Extremely informative on each product and asked relevant questions to determine which mobility scooter would be right for us.
We came away with a much better understanding of what our needs were and will probably go back after a little more research.

I thought you gave us good service and good conversation on the wheelchairs and the walker in Cramlington Store.
I would like to say thankyou for reducing the cost of the wheelchair.

Carol and Georgia, at the Cramlington Branch of Eden Mobility, went the extra mile to help us find a suitable electric wheelchair for my husband. They arranged to have a wheelchair brought from their branch in Scunthorpe so that he can have a home trial without any commitment to buy.
