Re writing this review as I don't know if my first one got through.I purchased a used scooter from Eden which was very good,but decided to splash out and purchase a new one.Michelle at the Doncaster branch was most helpful and very product knowledgeable.I found the whole experience easy to understand all because of Michelle's friendliness and professional approach.So well done to the Doncaster team of Michelle and Dave.Hopefully I will be a customer for years to come.

Eden Mobility took our call for a chair lift in the morning.4hours later it was fitted! They pulled out all the stops to help our difficult situations.
Thank you Dave for the first call that reassured us we had the right people helping us.
Shane the engineer came out immediately with a bg smile, measured up Gave us a quote ,Went to get the chair, and was all done within 4 hours.Brilliant service.

Shopping for home care equipment, the person in the shop was lovely. He took me to the product I needed and we shared a joke about the price. He was helpful, friendly and I felt like a valued customer. He wasn’t aware but I was having a very difficult time caring for me loved one and he really helped.

just paid over 5800 for 2 road masters . asked about 2 rear solid tyres for my wifes scooter . came back with £220 price tag but they recommend i put 4 on as the two i dont replace will wear out quicker ! which is a lie. then they want 70 quid to come out and take off 2 nuts and screw on 2 nuts and if i tell them i can do that myself , it makes the warranty invalid ...... expensive mistake , but stored away in the memory bank ..... oh and i still havent recieved the 2 bags as advertised for free with each mobility scooter !!! phone number was 08006528444
