Great customer service and attention to what my Dad needed to help him choose the best option for him to use and get around in and make his life much easier to cope with and safer too. The lady was very helpful with all that and friendly and knew just what was best for my Dad. So thankyou to her.

Dropped into the shop in Crossgates looking to buy a dual motor riser-recliner for my Mum. We (mum and I) were able to test multiple recliners and Mum found one she loved. Fortunately it was on sale. About a week later we received a call from Head Office. In the meantime we had found an exact chair, different brand for $350 cheaper with a 6 month warranty. I called Eden Mobility back, asked them to price-match and was very pleasantly surprised when they did. Of course Eden Mobility's warranty was a full 12-months and so I happily purchased Mum's recliner from them. The customer service from Anita in-store and Amy from the corporate office was exceptional and a huge kudos to Amy's manager for price-matching our purchase. Overall, the team of staff went above and beyond and Mum's new chair was delivered, installed and is a wonderful new addition to replace her former chair. A sincere and heartfelt thank you to all staff involved, including the wonderful delivery duo!

I needed a mobility scooter as my mobility is poor now. I knew there was nowhere else I would go as the lovely Anita looked after my mother so well until she passed away in 2019. I wasn't disappointed. Anita is an asset to Eden mobility.

Took my mum who's nearly 90 years old from Harrogate to the shop in Crossgates Leeds to be greeted by Anita, who made us feel welcome. Nothing was to much trouble, went through the pre assessment with my mum to establish she could accommodate her needs. She then
went through the options available. She then let my mum sit on a variety of mobility scooters that were available to her needs. Adjusting the seat and steering column. When mum was happy with her choice, she then assisted mum to try out the scooter for a trial run. Mum did have concerns about the seat, Anita then explained that it could be upgraded showed her the captain seat. And allowed her to sit on another scooter, which mum agreed was more comfy. On the back of the experience a purchase was made. All in all Anita was professional friendly listened to my mums concerns, was very patience with her, offering advice, and we felt there was no sales pitch. Would definitely recommend her, and will definitely go back if we need anything else to help mum. Thank you Anita xx

Anita is one of the most helpful, friendly and lovely person I know. I have dealt with her numerous times over the years. Firstly to assist my late brother to purchase a mobility scooter, then a mobility scooter for myself. More recently to assist myself in purchasing a rollator. She goes over and beyond to help you. Served by Anita,who was very helpful and knowledgeable,she went through everything we needed to know.took it for a test ride and when I got back,she suggested lifting the seat she got her tools and adjusted it and the arm rests as well very helpful and happy to help.would definitely recommend going to see anita.thank you very much.

I came in with my elderly mother interested in purchasing a boot scooter to help with days out, from walking in Anita was very helpful and understanding in what we required. She was very knowledgeable on all the products available and we left totally satisfied in the knowledge we were doing the right thing. We bought an amazing 4mph boot scooter from Anita and it's given my mother so much more freedom and we can spend much needed quality time with her on family outings. I couldn't thank Anita enough.

Called in today for first look and some initial advice. Anita was well informed, easy to chat with and, importantly for me, not pushy. Takes time to make a decision so will need to visit again.

Anita was very kind and helped fix my clients arm piece back on their wheelchair that had popped off and didnt charge.

After visting the Leeds store, 2 wonderful ladies who work there, Anita and Carol where very helpful and knowledgeable on Anita's recommendation I went home with a receipt for aIgnite scooter. When delivered Went to store and Anita set it for me, showed me how to connect my phone. Etc... Great service from the store.

do not buy from them quick enough to take your money but when it goes wrong the after care is nil --bought a quickie R 50 carbon from Eden in Crossgates Leeds at a cost of £3,000 round figure its now five month old and has had two engineers out to tighten the bolts up as it was falling to bits then two weeks ago lost all power a engineer came out informed me the controller needed replacing .today 29/10/24 engineer arrived but had mis placed the part so now waiting for the part and another engineer will never use Eden again
