A staff member by the name of Emily, had a very busy Saturday, and i watched her deal with a local resident having a mental health crisis, with care and attention, along with serving customers who walked through the door. Emily was also managing to deal with a customer who had an appointment, showing her all types of models along with test driving whilst staying calm, helpful, thoughtful, smiling and professionally. Wonderful staff memeber, needs to be recognised.

Spoken to Stephen the new manager of Northampton store. I had alot of uneasy questions that I needed answering and Stephen made me feel so supported and at ease with his knowledge and bubbly personality making sure I understood everything. Be definitely making an order very soon with Stephen.

The lady in the shop today on Tuesday 16th June 2026 was very helpful and explained everything to me and my dad so everything makes sense to everyone I will recommend this shop in Northampton to anyone who is looking to buy or rent a scooter or something they offer

What absolute pleasure it was to visit this store today . From the moment we walked towards the door we were greeted by smiling faces of the ladies Emily and Elaine. Nothing was too much effort from allowing my mother in law time to try out electric wheelchair to making us a wonderful cup of Yorkshire tea ( other teas are available ) . All the fellow visitors to the store were welcoming . Price was kept fair and reasonable . We made a decision to have home visit from team which was sorted by Elaine as well . Would highly recommended there services .

Genuine customer service!
Only went into this store to purchase a disabled toilet key to use when needed. The staff member dealing with me was called Elaine and without reservation was so personable and helpful when I asked a number of questions about some of the mobility products available. She is a real asset to the company and epitamises what genuine customer service should be.

Friendly shop
Wanted to leave a review about the Northampton shop what can I say? They are absolutely amazing starter go in there. It’s like a little community of people that go in because I know they’re gonna be greeted with a friendly height and knowledgeable people the manager of the shop she’s great she definitely knows her stuff to do with her products, et cetera having bought a few things from the shop. I’ll definitely be a returning Customer and I think the manager is a credit to the company and other managers need to be like her.

The person in the shop was very helpful and answered any questions i had. liked how helpful the person who brought the power chair to me. However communication of the item is lacking to staff and myself.

This was a wonderful discovery and Elaine made it so easy for me to find the appropriate walking stick for my off-road needs. I will definitely be using this shop again in the future but I do wish trustpilot would make it easier to post these reviews because this is my second attempt and if it doesn’t work this time I will have to leave it

This place has the most amazing staff who are always friendly and make u feel comfortable plus they understand ur needs so if u are disabled or u have something wrong and need help or advice please go to EDEN highly recommend it especially with the two ladies called Emily and Elaine 100% good customer service keep up the good work
