As soon as I showed an interest in the mobility scooters a friendly assistant came over and asked if I needed some help with the products, I said yes and we got to talking which put me at ease, I offered a brief outline of my circumstances and looked around for a more comfortable Mobility scooter as the one I have is not so comfy, the Lady assistant called to her colleague and gave details of what I was looking for, once we had established that I was able to go for a brief trial run to get the feel of it and was satisfied to go ahead with the plan, I paid £500 deposit and agreed I would collect in a couple of weeks when a rain cover would have hopefully been available, I was very happy with the service given, many thanks.

Old manual wheelchair was getting too heavy and difficult for either of us to manhandle. Ryan at
Portsmouth branch helped us to choose something lighter and took the time to show us various models. Nothing was too much trouble, thanks for your help and support.

I made several calls to discuss options. I spoke to John who was so helpful. He talked me through options and then made an appointment for me at my nearest store. When I arrived Ryan was expecting me. He explained everything about the mobility scooter I like. Demonstrated how it worked and then gave me an opportunity to try for myself. The experience was really helpful in allowing me to make the correct choice. Others came into shop when I was there and Ryan was as helpful, diligent and respectful with everyone whether purchasing, trying items or just enquiring.

Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the purchase of a rollator. We tried various models and he set them up so they were the right height. He demonstrated how to collapse it and how to manage at kerbside. It was a painless process

Ryan was extremely helpful in the Portsmouth branch and made the whole buying so straightforward. Everything was explained in detail and Ryan even helped us put the buggy into our car.

Ryan was amazing 1st time round with the sale of an arm chair my aunt brought from the store around two months ago forgot to put review on sorry so here goes great service chair is lovely and comfortable lovely plum colour today came in for a shopping trolly with seat again Ryan super help ful would definitely come back thank you excellent service

I found the staff at Eden mobility Portsmouth very helpful friendly and very knowledgeable.
Ryan was especially helpful in guiding my husband and me on the power wheelchairs and the rules and regs of the motorbilty scheme.

Purchased an Air Pro powerchair from Ryan in Portsmouth. Been out and about getting used to it. Happy to be mobile again

I left a one star review,,, baltenedly been ignored and also taken down!!! Slow staff! No managers! No reply to any brake down serives complaints thay clam to have! Even know we have receipts to say thay have fixed the problem!!! £3.500 out of pocket! And the only reply is to delete my complaint????

Ryan was very easy to talk to he wasn't pushy at all. He listened to our questions and assisted jn our choice of Mobility Scooter. Ryan was excellent and a credit to Eden Mobility.

Very professional staff

I went along to the Portsmouth branch where Ryan helped me with regards to renewing my power chair on the mobility scheme
He measured my old chair and compared it to several new ones until ii found what I wanted
He was very helpful and considerate, he was patient, he didn't try to rush me and that was why I went back to Eden to renew

The staff in this shop are extremely kind,considerate,friendly and helpful. They are a credit to the company.

Genuinely great customer service, I went in with my mum and was guided and helped through every step and then some !, 10/10 would recommend.
