Excellent service and knowledgeable Staff in the local shop.
We visited the former Derbyshire Mobility shop in Ripley yesterday to get help with my husband's walker as the brakes were not holding when parked.
We had spent several long sessions waiting for calls to the new phone number to be answered - over half an hour each time - and none were answered!
We decided to get on the bus and go to the shop instead of wasting any more time listening to the irritating recorded message on the phone!
When we got to the shop Julie greeted us and set about sorting out the brakes for us.
Within a short time she had solved the problem.
We had bought the walker, and its predecessor, from Julie and it was good to see her again.
That aside, Eden has made it nigh on impossible to get help for equipment when it needs attention. The local shop cannot be phoned, neither can the designated repair facility. the only way to get in touch by phone is the number on the website but it is not answered!! Your takeover is damaging an established, well-loved business and causing a great deal of stress to customers who need help.

Lovely welcoming service.

We have an appointment booked for a visit to also discuss stairlifts as there is an offer on at the moment. Louisa was patient, answered all our questions and was brilliant with my mum. Thank you.

Very friendly and helpful shop assistant Julie showed us everything we asked. Tried scooter and loved it. Also bought a second one to fit in boot of car very happy with my purchases would use them again

Fantastic staff
Called in shop at Ripley on a Friday afternoon and spoke to Julie. She was fantastic and really helpful. She was already serving another customer and she was so nice. Proper customer service. Julie told me what paperwork I needed and what would happen. I chose which model I wanted. Julie is an absolute diamond. Nothing was too much trouble. On Monday I got a phone call from head office saying that my brand new scooter would be delivered on Wednesday. Stewart brought Big Red out and we did the paperwork out together. Yet again another brilliant gentleman with fantastic customer service. Can not thank Eden Mobility enough. Definitely 5 star service

Value for money?
Booked a service for my mobility scooter, the guy came and checked it over, then said the motor was burnt out and I need a new one for £700. I declined and he charged me £80. My neighbour took the back cover off and found a loose wire, he tightened it up and the scooter now works fine. I really want to know what I got for my £80

Great Scooter Experience
Visited Eden Reliability in Ripley today to check out electric compact boot scooters. Two lovely ladies, Julie and Lou, showed us one they thought would suit my requirements. Very knowledgeable about scooter, took me out for test drive!! and I did decide to buy the one they showed me. All dealt with professionaly but in lovely friendly manner.
