My mum’s breaks on her rollator had…
My mum’s breaks on her rollator had become loose so I took it into an Eden Mobility in Selby, where the extremely helpful and delightful Jacob Walker adjusted them for me. He also showed me how to adjust them myself incase it happened agin in the future this was an even better experience as we haven’t even bought it from them. I would definitely recommend this company

What a very polite helpfully knowledgeable professional young man. He pulled out all the stops to demonstrate all the differences between the recliners. Showing me the difference between one motor and what it could do. Which changed my mind on which chair I was going to purchase. He then continued to pull out all the chairs getting me to check things like were my feet and neck would be when chair reclined. He did not rush me or pressure me, he couldn’t have been more helpful. I purchased the recliner.
Thank you Jacob I can’t wait for my chair to be delivered.

Jacob is a very polite and courteous salesman. He has served me twice and the second time about a rise and recline chair. He is still tackling the rather problematic technology around selling something but this is in regard to the technology not working well rather than Jacob not competent. It would be great if Eden Mobility could sort it out for him. The previous very experienced manager had the same problems.

Called into the Selby shop today for a…mobility scooter
Called into the Selby shop today for a mobility scooter. Lesley was so helpful and friendly, no pressure to buy. Very knowledgeable of the different scooters and happy to answer all our questions. She has arranged a home visit to allow my husband to see one of the models they didn't have in the shop.

I came into store a couple of weeks ago…
I came into store a couple of weeks ago by myself and met Lesley who was so nice and easy to chat to, so I came back this Saturday with my mum and saw Lesley again. She offered lots of great advise and wasn’t pushy for us to purchase anything although without just a few minutes my mum had already decided to buy exactly what she needed. Lesley took her time to show us lots of options and let mum try things out
