You need to visit this shop
We accidentally found the shop in St Helens. We are so so glad we did. Laura the manager was so helpful. She explained the difference between each scooter that we enquired about for my mum. She was so lovely and gave the best advice that was relevant. Her attitude not only for the company she worked for but also for providing the service and professionalism along with it. We bought a brand new scooter that worked out £400 cheaper than buying online. Laura mentioned the delivery would be between 7 to 10 days but said it’s alway quicker than that. We bought it on Wednesday 12th August and my mum received it this morning. Laura you most definitely deserve a raise.

Excellent service from Jodie
Jodie is an absolute credit to the company! She was so helpful in assisting me find the right electric wheelchair. She ensured that I was comfortable and confident in using the chair. Went in-store to enquire and look at…
Went in-store to enquire and look at the power chairs for my husband.
We where greeted by Teela who was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was so professional.
We where able to sort out exactly what was needed without any hassle.
Teela is a credit to your company and is a lovely lady. The power chair is really going to be an asset to my husband.
We went back into store today to say thankyou for all the help we had and was met by Sally who also is a credit to the company and such a lovely lady as well.
I will recommend your store to other people and will be back later on to purchase other equipment that we may need.
I've previously worked myself for a disability company and both girls do know their jobs .

I work directly across from Sally and Teela at Ways to Work. Sally has been extremely supportive towards us. She goes out of way to help and has gone above and beyond expectations. Highly recommend. Lovely staff.
Visited Eden St Helens today looking for aids to support my grandparents. Spoken to advisors Teela and Sally. Could not recommend enough. Lovely welcome, excellent knowledge and very helpful. Would definitely go again if I required any more support and advise.
