Went in-store to enquire and look at…
Went in-store to enquire and look at the power chairs for my husband.
We where greeted by Teela who was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was so professional.
We where able to sort out exactly what was needed without any hassle.
Teela is a credit to your company and is a lovely lady. The power chair is really going to be an asset to my husband.
We went back into store today to say thankyou for all the help we had and was met by Sally who also is a credit to the company and such a lovely lady as well.
I will recommend your store to other people and will be back later on to purchase other equipment that we may need.
I've previously worked myself for a disability company and both girls do know their jobs .

Called into your st helens branch today as I've heard they have a good selection of walking sticks, the memevrr of staff was imformative and very helpful, I think her name was teela.

Went to stay helens store to look for a new scooter, was greeted by 2 lovely ladies toni and teela. They was both great with me and helped me through the process of getting my new scooter. I can't thank them enough. Received my scooter today and I love it thank you Eden and team for everything

Me and my wife went to the shop to day and was greeted by lovely young man paddy looking for a fold up scooter and paddy couldn’t do enough for us so polite got we came in for paddy was so helpful lovely young man

Excellent Service.
We visited the St Helens store a couple of weeks ago and received some great advice on walking sticks. We called in this morning and Stephen was exceptionally helpful and we bought a stick which will be perfect for my husband. Great service and so very friendly, thank you so much.

Excellent customer service experience
The customer service representative at the St.Helens store, who was called Joe, was exceptional. His knowledge about products was fantastic, he was so helpful and patient and exceptionally warm and friendly. I would highly recommend!

I popped in the store today with my Father and were greeted by Tom & Joe.
Tom was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My Father felt at ease and was happy with his purchase.
