Sarah was fantastic
Sarah was an absolute dream when I popped into to inquire about the best mobility aid for my Nan. She was very knowledgeable about the different scooters and trolleys that were available and which would best fit my nans needs. She was just an all round lovely woman to talk to.

Popped in today just for a browse and I was made to.feel so welcome by Sarah I haven't been made to feel so welcome , in a shop in a long long time , entered as a stranger and left as friend . Wonderful girl very helpful .. needs a pay rise . .

Good service
A lady called Sarah who served my friend and I was so friendly and helpful. My friend purchased a walking stick that she wanted and Sarah was so helpful showing me the different recliner chairs they had. She let me take my time and there was no pressure to buy one. She gave me a brochure to take home for me to think about the different ones.

Sarah today was an absolute dream. Not only did she help me but she saved me money and time and also she moved like an absolute professional. I really can't thank her enough. It's not often that staff go the extra mile for her customers and I shall be recommending not only her store in widnes but her herself as an extremely helpful and experienced member of your staff.
She is a credit to your store and if all your staff were the same as Sarah then you've smashed it.

Fantastic customer service
I went in today for the first time looking at the range of mobility aids available as my partner recently had a stroke. Sarah was extremely helpful in selecting the item I needed and very friendly. I would recommend this shop in Widnes and will most likely return.

Lee "Brad pitt" today was amazing with my dad who came in for a mobility chair. He took the time to explain everything but was also 'real & realistic' with us all which is what my dad needed seen as he hadn't left the house in a while.
