Absolutely phenomenal customer service, warm and welcoming, knows her stuff and seamlessly switches between customers when there are more than one in the shop.
The coffee mornings are also a fantastic touch because they allow a more personal connection which definitely helps in the selling process and getting to know your customers better 5 stars All round :)

Great customer service, Georgie was polite, friendly and absolutely knew her stuff. She was able to answer all our questions. Her interaction with the customers was excellent, open, professional and went out of her way to help.

We very nearly missed out and were about to return to Care Co, Warrington, I didn't think that there would be the range of mobility scooters in a outlet so close to home.
On entering the premises we were immediately made to feel at ease and confident that Lucie not only had a good knowledge of the products but also understood our situation and was sympathetic to our needs.
She was friendly, professional and extremely helpful and made sure that we not only left with the product that was right for us but that we were satisfied with the service we received.
I'm so glad that we used your company and that we happened to visit on the one day of the week that Lucie was covering the Wythenshawe branch, I feel that I have made a new friend and if I happen to be in Wythenshawe when Lucie is in the store I will definitely call in to say "Hello!"

i purchased a scooter, from the Wythenshawe branch, manchester. I was served by the manageress, Georgia. What a pleasant and helpful woman! She checked the scooter I wanted, was fit for the purposes I needed. I will certainly recommend her and the store. Very happy customer indeed. Although my otherr half did almost knock himself out whilst looking lol.

Me and my Mum called in as we were passing, enquiring about repairs to her scooter. We had a lovely chat with Georgia she was very professional and very helpful nothing was to much Trouble. We are glad we called in as my mum is now a proud owner of a folding scooter.

It was my first time going to this shop i found the lady that served me very knowledgeable and helpful also she was very pleasant, I will be visiting the shop again in the future 😀

We came into the Wythenshawe store today looking for a reclining chair for my wife. Georgie was very attentive and had made sure my wife was fitted to the right one chair. She was very polite and well mannered and also welcomed us with a huge smile. Came in for 1 recliner and left with 2.

Popped into see if we could find some bit to assist my mum with her recent diagnosis and the chap in the shop was extremely helpful and knowledgable.

Went to purchase a quad walking stick for my mother. I needed advice regarding a rolling walker. Andrew was so helpful and knowledgeable. Purchased a walker and very happy with both purchases

Went to buy a disability spoon. Only a small thing. The help and assistance I got from Jamie Green was exceptional. You would think I was spending hundreds of pounds, he gave me the solutions I needed without any rush

Today we went into your Civic centre branch and it was great!
Jeremy was excellent, it's not always easy knowing you need to go down the route of using a mobility aids. He understood and was very kind, caring and supportive. Thank you very much.

We went to purchase a mobility scooter today . In Civic centre wythenshaw branch .
The care and attention we got was excellent.

Jeremy helped us in every way . He explained the differences in batteries , in the types of scooters , mileage etc etc
He demonstrated everything and answered all questions thoroughly .
We would highly recommend .
We were told we would have the scooter within 7 days. That was on Monday afternoon, it’s being delivered on Friday morning that’s well within the 7fats.

We were extremely happy with the service and professionalism .
And it would seem the aftercare is going to be great too .

Came into Wythenshawe shop a few weeks ago to buy a seated walking stick and was really happy with the amount of care that was taken with me by Andrew.

Better yet I walked past last week to see Andrew stood at the door and as soon as he saw me he greeted me with a friendly hello and asked how I was doing and how the walking stick was.

I am very happy with my walking stick but more so happy with how Andrew remembered me and really cared how I was getting on.

Great shop and great staff.

Matthew was a great help with me and my grandmother. She was looking for a new wheelchair and he was very helpful and not pushy with any sales it felt like he was a friend helping us out. She is extremely happy with her purchase and won’t stop talking about it!
