The meat is good value and several cuts are available that are not in the supermarket.The animal welfare is important to me. delivery is on time. I will buy again ..except... the sausages were voted 0/10 by all 10 of my guests, they were different sizes, texture was dry and tasteless. They were put in the food bin. Please change the recipe.

I placed my order with Edenmoor with ease as the selection was excellent. Aside from DPD delivering to my neighbour and not me (nothing to do with Edenmoor of course), I can say that I am very impressed with the quality and taste of the beef & chicken and the packaging used to deliver the items. I will certainly be ordering from here again without hesitation.

My order to West Scotland was delayed in transit by 24 hours. The items, burgers and chicken thighs arrived defrosted. I sent photos showing a skewer completely piercing through both products, assuming this would be adequate to ensure that my request for a replacement order sent within the usual timeframe would be immediately approved. How wrong I was. I then engaged in a lengthy email exchange over several days with Liz of Customer Services, arguing my case that the items were not as described on the website- frozen as they usually are on arrival ready to be put straight into the freezer, to be defrosted and cooked at my leisure and inclination.

Her upbeat advice was inappropriate, somewhat patronising and fairly ridiculous. She suggested that I eat the fourteen defrosted burgers in two days. This was met with derision on my part. The chicken thighs, which both she and James persisted in describing as “thawed slightly” were to be refrozen. I was not going to risk refreezing chicken thighs which had softened in transit. They are described on their website page as arriving frozen. These are the terms of sale.

No longer wanting to risk a replacement order arriving defrosted and having to embark on another struggle with Edenmoor Customer Service, I requested a refund which has been given. Because of this I have amended my initial more vitriolic review, but I feel their recalcitrant attitude towards unhappy customers can only negatively affect sales. They have certainly lost my custom.

Amazing company! Very high quality food. Packed and delivered very well. One of the best customer services I've ever dealt with. Products are not Halal which is why I bought from them and will from now on. I'll never buy meat from supermarkets again.

Have just received my first box from Edenmoor having been a Pipers customer for many many years. Ordering and delivery was as good as ever but oh dear, the sausages were awful. I've always considered Pipers sausages to be some of the best but I won't be buying these again (natural breakfast). They
lacked flavour, seasoning and texture. Very synthetic. I'm hoping the rest of my delivery hasn't changed in quality!

Easy to use Webshop and very good quality meat. I ordered liver and bones - quick shipping.
Only I would like more ice packages in the box because one meat I had to defrost straight away because it was very defrosted.

You can taste the difference in this meat. Why would anyone eat Iceland or any supermarket is beyond me. We need to directly support good farmers who produce outstanding products like these farms. Animals are suppose to eat grass and see daylight as do all living things. All super market meat, eggs and milk live in horrible ways. Free range in supermarkets mean chicken live indoors, fed crap with a living space of a sheet of paper. Cow on concrete all year. Chickens I would not even feed the dog with. Milk from cows that don't eat grass on loads of mess. I love this beautiful farm shops

We received 6 pieces of short ribs delivered on time. Two of them looked like the photo, but the other four had much less meat — two pieces were only about 20–30% meat, and the rest were less than 50% meat.

The taste was delicious, but overall they were far too fatty. In the end, only 2 people were satisfied with the meal.

I haven't used all the meat yet, just one, which was nice. Disappointed that showing two portions on the chops, etc. but only one really was on offer. Therefore the Steak was very expensive . Hope it is as good as it looks - just wish there was two! Hoping the large joint is good - let you know.

Placed my first order with Edenmoor and was really pleasantly surprised. The packaging was the first surprise, comprised of biodegradable film and sealed within it, nice thick wool to act as insulation to keep the products frozen. I have to say it worked very well and the wool has now been repurposed. The chicken we ordered has been some of the nicest chicken we’ve tried. It actually tastes like chicken and the texture is not dry or rubbery like the supermarket alternatives we have been used to. We love the company message and goals, including animal welfare and supporting farmers. All in all, very happy! Will be purchasing more! Delivery was via DPD which went smoothly too. Very impressed!

I have been buying from Pipers for several years as they have a good selection of venison and wild game which are products not available generally.
The quality as ever is superb and the delivery is always on time. We very much like the packaging and the wool product which is now being used by the birds in their nests. Very comfy chicks!

Just received my second delivery. There was a delay at the couriers by a day but the products still arrived in perfect condition.
I have used the wool packaging to line my hanging baskets and as nesting material for the birds who have been seen flying off with beaks full!
The quality of the meat is excellent. Melts in the mouth and portion sizes and price reflect the quality and standards of the food which for me is extremely important for my health and wellbeing and that of my family. Thank you :)

I recently ordered a leg of lamb + cheeses for a special dinner party. The meat was lovely and the cheeses were gobbled up by my six guests. I order from Edenmoor regularly as I did when it was Pipers Farm. Highly Recommend them.

I liked the prompt delivery . I was taken aback by how much packaging was involved .i can only assume my monies paid for it and not the product . The portion sizes were on the small size and to my mind not value for money . For £70 and spent on the cheaper cuts it did not provide much product .Tasty. and enjoyable but didn’t go far at all .
I doubt if in these thrifty times I will be buying again .

I’m so glad to have found you, as sadly, we have no butcher shop near us, and supermarket meat nowadays is just poor! The meat products at Edenmoor are excellent, obviously just another level, and my boys immediately noticed the difference.
We now order regularly and try something different each time. We also love the yoghurts, and our dog enjoyed the rabbit ears and chicken feet purchased a few weeks ago ,
