Horrendous experience! Way overcrowded in the domes, not being allowed to take another route than the suggested one (taking you through the complete dome all the way to the top) with staff actually making sure you do not turn back. You're actually sqeeuzed in a mass of people, within rainforest temp and humidity, going in a shamble, shuffling along at the pace of the people mass. Horrible, really, a nightmare for me, I can't imagine how my 11 yr old daughter with autism must have felt but she took a day to recover from this experience. I would not go here again even if they paid me the steep admission prices! Also coming out of the dome we waited in line at the cafe for 30 minutes, but since the line did not move at all, we decided to just get the hell out and drink from the basin in the toilets. Again, hellish experience, massively overcrowded in all indoor areas, I imagine this is what hell is like....

Jesus, what a bad website you have nowadays. It used to be good several years ago. I never come back.

Honest opinion.. I would only go again to watch a band playing there within the yearly ticket price.
The Eden project is a great idea, the rainforest pod is an incredible achievement for the brits, to replicate and mimic an ecosystem on such a scale in the English countryside and everyone should see it to know exactly how delicate our world is in person.
That being said, the price to go see this extraordinary feat is way to much. I’m grateful to the woman for giving us the website price tickets at the desk, but even after that we walked away feeling ripped off in a way. It was £74 for two adults, if you do it at the tills it’s £84. I feel it would have been worth it, if that ticket included everything there. It really is a shame, hopefully in the future this might change.

I recently brought a Highland cow teddy from the gift shop and when I got home and into bed with the teddy I felt something sharp scratch me original I thought it was just the stitching but then it happened again so I started to feel around and pulled out a huge needle from the teddy!! I am extremely unhappy with this please check the teddy's have a good feel around especially if you're buying for your little ones.

Far too expensive! Chester Zoo is far superior and costs just £33. We felt it was a rip off. The plants where unremarkable and the general state of the buildings shabby. Food was expensive and of a poor standard. Please sort it out before it becomes the white Elephant project.

I love the eden project but we are pension age now and can't afford to go anymore

Disappointing visit this time. Very expensive entrance fee. Everywhere felt tired. Lacking in colour. Tropical biome marvellous. Such potential for cafe & gift shop but quite ordinary. Not impressed.

Most of my 5 star rating goes to 2 members of staff Owen & Vicky while visiting on 11/6/24 with my husband & sister my mobility scooter ran out of charge Owen rescued me & put my scooter on charge brill but not enough so an hour later yes it happened again who was walking by Owen! walked me to a collection point where minuets later Vicky turned up & took me to the entrance where by I met up with my sister ( who was also in a mobility scooter) she had gone for help, all the while my husband was having fun on the zip wire. So bonus points for both staff members. this was our second visit from my membership ( xmas pressi off the grandkids) Both times were great if your doing Cornwall do Eden, very busy lots of school kids,cafes were very busy.

£126 for three people was far too much The domes were good but not worth the money after 2 hours we had see it all as it was raining all the outside was too wet to see
The rest of it was just a glorified expensive garden centre
We joined a queue for a coffee there was 12 people in front of us, it took 25 mins to get our drinks, behind us was 50 - 60 people goodness knows how long they had to wait,
There was 3 staff behind the counter with one coffee machine No way could they cope no matter how hard they tried
Won't be going again

Disappointing, overpriced. Biomes are good but not worth the £38 cost of entry. The rest of the park very mediocre. Food & drink outlets poorly run & encountered rude staff.

Visited earlier in the month and even being local was appalled at the expensive price expected to pay. Did not book on line as it was a spur of the moment thing and had to pay more for the priviledge of just being there.
We are local and we did not want a years pass as we would not go again but that was all there was on offer. There are no Blue light or Defence discount cards reductions of which I have both and no concessions for OAP's which is somewhat disconcerting.
I feel really sorry for visitors on holiday who have to pay £42 each (or £38 if booked on line) which for a family is extortionate and certainly not worth that outlay.
I have no intentions of going back and the place has bumped up the prices year on year to maximise profit and in reality offer little more. Food and drink is also expensive and the only favourable thing there is the free parking.
This is NOT a value for money attraction in the slightest.

We visited a few years ago and would never go back again. Morecambe has our sympathies for the new attraction there!

Overcrowded (why?) and overpriced.

Eden Mobility Oldham....Luice is a great assess to this store she is freinly helpfull and explains everything so well, makes you feel at ease and you never feel pressured into anything .I've bought a few bath aids and a travel scooter and tell all my freinds she will speak to them and get whatever they need don't ever let her go

I visited the Eden Project recently and had a pleasant day. However what I was most upset upon leaving was being told that if you lived in Devon or Cornwall, you would only have to pay £21 as opposed to the £42 that I had to pay as a visitor!!
This is shocking as I’m sure you rely on visitors from out of the area to keep this overpriced attraction open. Shame on you!!!!!
Absolutely NOT worth £42 per person.

I paid £84 for myself and daughter, which is a ridiculous price. We had a dog with us, so we were expecting miles of walks, but not so. Why can't you buy a single day ticket, as an annual pass is of no use to us, being visitors to Cornwall?

We took turns looking in the Biomes, but were not impressed. Food very expensive - overall we wasted all that money and would not recommend this so called attraction to our friends. We had visited Heligan Gardens the day before and that was a joy, worth every penny. Seems to me they are just out to make money.

Half of everything was closed, it was really expensive at £84 for two adults and one 3yo. On entry the staff excited said 3yo with the mention of a soft play (which was closed) had to compensate the child with a £12 stuffed toy. Not much to see this time of year, really it's just a glorified greenhouse. The food was edible but also expensive. My advice would be to go to your favourite garden centre and spend £100 on things you can enjoy rather than waste £100 looking at plants you can't buy.

I visited the site on Thursday. It was fantastic! I have limited mobility and I was helped so well all the way! Barry a volunteer and Kate a lovely young girl looked after me beautifully and I was able to really enjoy all the amazing sites. Please would you thank them for me. So much to see. Susan Deasy

I took my 3 grandkids to Eden today and I have to praise the staff beyond awesome . My 9yo and 6yo grandsons were so excited and enthralled they got lost at least twice while I was attending to my 2yo grand daughter and the staff retrieved them safely and cheerfully . Nothing was too much trouble . ( the redheads !)
I would rate the Eden staff as high as any family park . Many many thanks

We saw the big news on National TV on Good Morning Britain that the Eden Project were offering free entry with the purchase of a lottery ticket. We went online and the only admission time was at 2.30pm but thought that was ok as it gave us the afternoon. We came from everywhere to meet there. Myself - I drove from Peterborough, my daughter from Bristol and my sister in law from Birmingham. When we all met up at 2.30 we thought we would all have a coffee together before looking around but was abruptly told, on entry, we only had an hour ! They said we would have to make our way out of the biomes at 3.30 as they had a wedding! It was so rushed and couldn’t believe we had driven all that way for an hour! At 3.30 we were hassled to get out! We thought maybe we could get a coffee in the cafe by the gift shop but they’d closed it ! As so thirsty from the long drive , I asked the man at the cafe if he could fill up my water bottle and he sighed at me and said “ well we are closed but I’ll do it this once!” Very environmentally friendly- Not! Funny they kept the shop open though! You should not of done this promotion which will go to the whole country when you knew you would close so early . There was nothing on the ticket . This should of been for locals only that could pop over for an hour not for the whole country . We are very upset and this was a huge con!

Wasted £100. Started off with contradicting entry signs, so we picked one and was lucky. Long walk down to the entrance , once inside Tickets checked you go outside again and back up another long pathway surrounded by bushes and trees.
Repeat five times and you have seen it all.
. Found nothing for the children except bushes and trees. A lot of the activities on the walk round where closed. 7754 steps later and its all over except for the long walk back to the car .
Recommend you take a sandwich to you local Garden Centre and spend your money on some flowers for your own "Eden" Project.
