Order Canceled After Price Increase — Misleading Inventory and Pricing
I placed an order for a part listed as in stock at a specific price, only to have eEuroparts cancel my order, claiming the item was backordered. What makes this frustrating is that the same part remained listed on their website as available, but now at a higher price. This creates the impression that my order was canceled simply because they did not want to honor the original advertised price.
This experience feels misleading and undermines trust in their pricing and inventory accuracy. If a part is truly unavailable, it should not still appear as in stock for immediate purchase—especially not at a higher price. Customers deserve transparency and fair treatment, and in this case, I feel neither was provided.

Hi Javier,
We apologize for what happened with your order. Some parts, like the sun visor that you purchased are slow movers and we keep a minimum stock available. Unfortunately, these days the prices from our suppliers go up and down frequently mostly because of the situation in the Middle East.
We don't engage in price gauging, simply because of the supply chain prices change frequently. Additionally, this particular part can't be sourced anymore from our suppliers. We try to keep our inventory as accurate as possible , but since we sell on multiple platforms, there are times that the real time inventory counts are challenging.
Thank you for your understanding and we have issued a full refund for the part that is currently unavailable.
