I have used eFoam before and have now ordered some quality foam for a swivel chair seat it arrived well-packaged and fast delivery, with excellent service from a trusted company. Thank you.

I was so impressed with the 2 ladies Debbie and Charlie I dealt with on the telephone on 2 different calls both were so welcoming, helpful and reassuring, they showed good knowledge of the products and ensured that details I gave were correct.
As for the product, Got what I wanted it arrived within 48 hours, it was well packaged.I would definitely recommend EFOAM all day long.

Swift acknowledgement of order, prompt delivery.

This is the second time I have ordered from efoam and I am as equally pleased as I was the first time. The foam cushion I ordered for a fairly uncomfortable little next sofa has made such a difference.
Everything from the super customer service, quality of the cushion and extremely prompt delivery has made ordering a delight.

We stumbled across eFoam whilst looking for acoustic material. They seemed a lot cheaper than the alternative companies, and had a huge range, so we gave them a call. They were extremely helpful and suggested we pop down and see them where they could show us some samples (simple enough as they are only a few miles away). When we got there we were dealt with by Charlie & Ange who provided lots of great advice (excellent customer service and product knowledge); we even saved quite a few quid! We purchased the recommended acoustic foam and ordered some further products which we hadn’t considered. These were delivered the next day (on a Saturday). Halfway through the job we realised we’d miscalculated and needed a few more bits. No problem! A quick call to eFoam and the extras were shipped for next day delivery. Absolutely amazing! To say we are very happy with eFoam (in particular Charlie & Ange) is a huge understatement. We have a couple more projects coming up and eFoam will be our immediate ’go to’. Thank you, Charlie and Ange, we will see you again soon. Exceptional service - highly recommended.

Absolutely superb. I ordered a replacement foam cushion for my worn out 30 year old couch. My new cushion arrived today (only 2 days after ordering) and I'm delighted to say, it fits perfect! I'm delighted and I will make a point of recommending Efoam to all my friends at every opportunity.

Similar to feedback listed below I would advise to not order through this company for specialised sizes or pieces. This is because of the quality of the product and the experience I've had of their customer service communication style. I ordered two pieces of severe firm foam, albeit very thin. The foam itself arrived both not to the density I was expecting and was also inconsistent in its thickness - with one side being almost half that of the other. I approached customer service with both these listed as problems so I could reorder what I needed. They offered me a refund if the foam was returned however I had to glean for myself that they would not fulfill my order needs to the quality and size of foam product I was after but only after asking lots of questions. The tolerance of the cutting machine apparently at thin levels means a huge variation in the thickness - which is not listed on their website as a warning. I also found the customer service to be a bit like pulling teeth with short emails and just generally not that great/a little kurt - left me with a bad feeling. I kept the foam as I needed it for a project that couldn't wait but it will impact the quality of upholstery provided. I have ordered through this company before and it's been fine - but these were for less specialised pieces. So as stated by people below don't order for anything specialised and don't expect anything too firm! For general upholstery I am sure it fine.

Excellent service, we are really pleased. We’d been thinking about replacing our sagging 30year old sofa cushions for ages. Contacted efoam and having sent the covers to them, the replacements arrived within 5 days. Highly recommend

We called in to have a look at their 2" memory foam mattress topping for use in our small motorhome. Debbie in the office was very helpful with plenty of information to help us make our decision. The usual pick up time is the following day which was not easy for us as we live 50 miles away. Debbie saw our disappointment so went into the cutting room and arranged for us to wait just a short time, the guys in the cutting room cut the pieces to size straight away, brought it out to our van and off we went - brilliant!
btw - the foam is really comfortable and we were even offered a cup of coffee while we were there!

Packaging was non existent except for a plastic bag so the foam was already dirty and torn when it arrived. I needed the foam for a project this weekend so I thought I'd just have to live with it as was going to be covered. Then I discovered the foam had been cut to the wrong size. After several emails and then several photos they said I could send it back. They wouldn't send out a replacement. I would have to order and pay again. Since this was a Friday they couldn't be bothered to cut me a new piece until the following Monday which meant I now didn't have the foam for the weekend.

The details in their reply are incorrect. I notified them on Thursday and they initially replied at 9.30am Friday allowing plenty of time to resolve the issue.

Seat cushions on our ageing settee had lost their vigour. I send the covers to Efoam and within days they were returned beautifully plumped and comfortable with new foam. A professional and reliable service.

Ordered two new sofa seat cushions via website, as our current ones had became soft and spongy after a few years.

Website was informative, and very easy to use to enter the size of cushions required.

Ordered on the Friday afternoon, and new cushions arrived on the Tyesday afternoon. Superb service and fast delivery!

Excellent customer service, great product. Only let down by their courier (yodel). Ordered two mattresses to be delivered to a Scottish island. Was promised delivery on Wednesday, however tracking showed “issues”; I contacted efoam, who could not have been more helpful and understanding. I will use this company again, and would highly recommend.

Nothing to fault regarding my experience here. Ordered some foam for a mattress in my camper van. It arrived as I was advised, correct size and very comfortable. I also had contacted the customer services regarding delivery, all went well there also. Nothing in life is perfect, thus the 4 stars as opposed to 5.

Excellent service online and on the phone. Very knowledgeable on their products, Debbie you were wonderful! 2 days later all the foam arrived perfectly cut. Have used efoam before and will continue to do so. Thank you!

Crazy fast delivery ordered on Tuesday afternoon and received my order this morning. Just what I wanted for our conservatory chairs, thanks efoam I will send pics later

Placed order midday on monday 12/06/2023.
Thankfully i used paypal as that is the only proof i have of my order. Today i phoned them to find out where my order is and was told its with the curier they will contact me. No invoice no explanation nothing.
If i here nothing tomorrow i will cancel the order
