My warmest recommendations

I use Egencia for corporate travel bookings. The online tools is very user friendly and if you need personal assistance the travel consultants are very friendly and competent. I have worked in the industry myself for many years, but must admit I am very impressed with the booking tools and service at Egencia.

Very easy to book and accurate

Very easy to book and accurate. Automatically my calendar get booked and receive reminders and alert which is very helpful.

Easy booking, but complicated re-booking.

I liked the easy way to find connections and book a travel, but what I did not like was the complicated way to change or cancel an already booked trip.

The booking process was very smooth

The booking process was very smooth, but what helped the most was not having to handle the rebooking myself when Lufthansa went on strike. Having that support allowed me to focus on my work instead of managing travel changes.
